Get as comfortable as you can and let's begin the journey within.
Imagine yourself walking into a vast forest.
It might be a forest that you know and you're walking through the trees admiring all the greenness,
The tree trunks.
As you walk past the tree you put your hand on it and you can feel the energy moving inside of the tree and as you're walking further into the forest you notice that you're walking barefoot on a soft moss.
You can smell the forest.
It smells so good.
Your journey through the forest is filled with bird songs and it seems as if they are singing just for you.
And as you're walking and admiring the forest suddenly you see a lake in the middle of the forest surrounded by thousands of trees and you decide to take a swim in it.
You get into the water with your feet and start swimming towards the middle of the lake and you lay down on your back and rest there.
And if you have never done it in a lake just imagine how good it feels to lay in the warm bath.
The feeling is exactly the same.
It's relaxing.
The water is holding you.
You don't need to hold the weight of your body.
You are supported.
Move your attention to your eyes and relax your eyes completely.
Relax your cheeks,
Nose and throat and feel how good it is to lay there and give this time for yourself.
And as you are laying there in the lake fully relaxed notice that it started to get dark and you can see stars in the sky.
There are so many beautiful stars.
As you lay there admiring the stars in the sky you notice that it feels they are so close to you and you stretch your arm trying to touch the sky and touch the stars and in a minute in an instant you are in the sky and you're observing the lake from the top.
This is you,
Your higher self looking at you from the top and guiding you on your path and as you look to the lake you see it holds all of your emotions,
Everything that your human body can feel.
Put your left arm on the chest and your right arm lower on your belly and now I will walk you through different emotions and I want you to just observe and see what comes up in the lake as visuals.
See how the peace looks like in the lake.
What are the images?
Peace means I am who I am.
Everyone is a part of me and a co-creation of my imagination.
See how it looks in the lake.
Try to notice where it feels in your body.
Another emotion I want you to see in the lake is acceptance.
What images appear?
Acceptance is no need to change anything.
No division.
Too good or bad.
I enjoy the things as they are.
How does it look like in your life?
Does the images appear from recent times,
From your childhood?
Just observe what comes up in the lake.
All the images are welcome.
Whatever comes up.
And now switch to the bravery emotion.
Imagine I'm cool and me and you,
We help each other out.
What you want you get from yourself.
It's the will to move and change things in your life.
How does it look like?
What appears in the lake?
What images comes up?
And as you observed how bravery looks to you,
Move to the pride,
The need to keep your status.
No willingness to allow others to be better or to be above you.
You have to be the one and only.
How does it look like?
Where does this emotion feels in your body?
Where is it located?
And from pride move to anger,
Holding brunch and not being able to take action,
Blaming others.
How does anger look like in the lake?
What images comes to the lake?
What comes to the surface?
And after looking at the anger,
Go and see passion in the lake.
It's wanting more money,
Things,
People with the feeling that we cannot have it.
That's the passion.
Where you passionately want something but you feel the lack of it.
How does it look like in the lake?
What are the images that come to the lake?
And look how the fear looks in the lake.
I want to start something but I can't.
It feels like it's too hard.
That's the fear where you want to take action but you feel that you can't do it.
How does it look like?
What emerges from the deep lake into the surface?
You let it emerge.
You allow yourself to see it right in front your eyes in the lake.
And finally look at how sorrow looks.
I want others to help me.
I don't feel strong enough to do it myself.
I cry and beg for help.
What images are on the lake when you think about the sorrow?
And now I want you to concentrate on your left hand and place your right hand on top of your left hand on your chest and say to yourself I feel you.
I understand you.
I know.
Because all of these emotions are valid.
This is an entire emotional scale that you are allowed to go through.
But now when you looked from your higher self perspective from the above to the lake to the emotions you can detach yourself from it and see them as they are.
The images attach to your emotions.
Because the feeling itself it lasts for 90 seconds and whatever comes after are the images that I attach to it and hold on to it.
And now when I saw the images I can choose whether I want to keep them in my lake or I can let them go.
And I don't need them to be longer in my lake.
And now imagine yourself standing beside the lake.
So you felt your emotions in the lake where your heart is.
You observed it from a higher self perspective from the sky and now you stand there beside the lake and observing it from your mind's perspective.
All of these three parts are equal.
Your heart,
Your higher self and your mind.
But when you allow yourself to fully submerge in the emotions or you allow the mind to take over it feels that there is one ruler and one ruler can't make good decisions and rule wisely.
That's why you need to come back to your essence and allow your heart,
Your spirit and your mind to guide you along the path.
I want you to come back to your body,
Feel your hands warmly holding your heart,
Your chest,
Your feet.
And now when you know this exercise whenever you have emotions coming to your body you can put them in the lake and see what images appear in the lake from the higher self from the spirit perspective and just to see what those images are trying to tell you and what is it in those images that you're holding on to.
And then you can look from your mind's perspective and see what you can do with all of this.
This gives you freedom,
Freedom to choose whether you want to be in those emotions or you can simply let them be and let them go and allow yourself to be guided by your essence,
Your heart,
Spirit and mind.
