Thank you for this meditation, it was a great combination to help me feel embodied in steadiness and create a space I can return to. I would be bookmarking it however found the sharp bell at the end to be very loud and startling to my nerves - I might be hypersensitive to sound due to my ptsd though! Best wishes ❤️
