This guided practice offers an opportunity to observe the transitions in our breath, in our body, and in the mind. Opening to the possibility of beginning again in each moment. Allowing us to notice how the subtle changes within the breath and body come and go. With these shifts, there are endings but also a felt sense of beginning again. Considering a perspective that allows for the possibility that with each ending comes a new beginning, just like the inhale and exhale of the breath.
