Thank you for joining me for another guided meditation.
This one to round out the year and to bring forth the right intentions for the next year.
What you want to bring into your life,
What you want to manifest for yourself.
So let's begin by getting comfortable.
You can do this meditation lying flat on your back or in a comfortable seated position.
If you're in a chair be mindful not to cross your ankles.
Keep your feet flat on the floor.
Close your eyes and start taking deeper inhalations than you normally would.
When you get to the top hold and then when you're ready release out of your nose and pushing more than you normally would.
So you're cleansing the lungs bringing in fresh oxygen and detoxing as you go.
Breathe in deep.
Hold at the top and release.
And release.
Repeat this process on your own until you find a gentle rhythm.
When you start to feel almost dreamlike or you're not asleep but you're not in your normal alert state either find that space through your breath and as you do feel your shoulders relaxing away from your ears.
Feel your spine lengthening vertebrae by vertebrae.
Feel any toxicity leaving with every breath.
All of your joints relax.
You can release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
With every breath you sink into a deeper state of relaxation and calm.
Keep breathing.
Get ready to visualize your intentions for this next year.
What you want to bring into your life.
What you want to bring into your life.
What feelings you want to feel in this next year more than others.
What do you want to release and leave space for to bring into your life.
I want you to visualize the sky above you expanding limitless and in this sky of a screen I want you to start placing images of things that you would like to bring into your life so you can actually see it and upon seeing it you feel it.
Because the sky is limitless you can put anything you want.
There's always room for more.
There's always room for more.
But see in explicit detail the emotions,
The people,
The things,
The relationships,
The job,
Whatever it may be.
See it in the sky.
As you start to see more detail allow yourself to zoom in on the picture until you get to the point where you can actually reach out and touch what you've been visualizing.
You actually feel the texture.
Keep these images in your mind.
Feel the emotion behind seeing the images and knowing that they're yours already.
Breathe the elongated cycle that you did at the beginning so that you release any resistance to obtaining what you wish to manifest.
So so so so You can remain in this state for as long as you need or if you're ready to come out you can start rotating your wrists and ankles.
Flutter your eyes open.
Do some gentle neck rolls,
Some shoulder rolls.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
