For creating this space of solitude and peace around you.
The hardest part is already done because you're here with the intention of getting grounded.
So let's begin.
You can do this sitting cross-legged on the floor,
Maybe with a cushion under you.
Or you can do this as I like to do sometimes,
Just laying flat on your back,
Your eyes closed,
Focusing on how your breathing feels,
The rise of your chest and the fall,
The subtle beating of your heart and how that feeling begins there and travels all the way through your veins.
If you can really get settled quickly,
You can feel it almost immediately,
Your subtle energy flow guiding the infinite intelligence of your body and all of its systems to where it needs to go.
So focus now on your breathing.
Notice how cool the air feels going into your nose as it travels down your esophagus,
Filling your lungs,
Working its magic and then how it feels as it leaves your body transformed.
Just like the alchemy of your breath,
You are changing the chemistry of your blood and your cells by intentionally bringing in light to your body and to your spirit and consciously expelling toxicity and negativity that you maybe have been carrying for years,
All by the power of your breath and the intention behind it to cleanse and to clear.
So let's do some breaths together as we always do.
Let's take a deep breath in and hold at the top and let it go.
Deep breath in and hold and let it go.
Deep breath in,
Hold and let it go.
Once more together,
Deep breath in,
Hold and let it go.
Maybe you've shifted your energy to more calm,
More intuitive,
More connected to the invisible forces around you.
You are connecting to source right now.
I'm just guiding you there.
You're doing the work.
For the next minute or two,
I want you to envision that you are surrounded almost by a spotlight leading up to the ceiling and this spotlight is gold,
Gold and white and it's surrounding you and you can still see outside of it in your mind's eye.
It's permeable,
But this light holds you,
Protects you and at the same time expels any negativity outside of you.
Shame,
Regret,
Guilt,
As long as the spotlight is on you,
It's cleansing it out of you and all you have to do is keep it present in your mind and focus on your breathing.
It's time to come out of this blissful state of cleansing and restoration.

Sink in,
Visualize and with every breath,
Detoxify.
Come back into your body.
You can wiggle your fingers and toes.
Do some gentle neck rolls in both directions.
Let's take a deep cleansing breath in now to close out the practice.
