Explore MeditationLivia is a passionate yoga instructor who left behind her "9-5 job" in order to persue her goal of reaching others through her yoga practice. Livia found yoga at the age of 18, but didn't have a good relationship with it until the age of 24. After years of feeling a void in her life, and disconnection to herself, Livia refound yoga and fell in love with it. For the past six years, she has been studying it through workshops, courses, books and life, and has been sharing it with friends, family and her students. She is passionate about incorporating Ayurveda in her everyday life, and constantly studies chakras, and the energetic body. Many times in classes, you will find her connecting poses or meditations to chakras. Throughout her study of different styles of yoga, Livia has loved exploring and creating her own unique sequences incorporating many styles!
