After becoming a mother and struggling postpartum, I realized just how much support moms need and how very little there actually is, and I set out to change that. I am SO passionate about supporting moms so they can be stress less, love more, slow down to savor the moment, and show up as the moms they want to be. I support mothers with practical, convenient, and accessible techniques, and my authentic approach focuses on mindfulness, kindness, and compassion. I have worked with women one-on-one and in small groups in New Jersey and all over the United States to help them reduce stress, practice self-care, increase their self-love, and live life mindfully.
