Explore MeditationCindy Lee believes that meditation and yoga are vital tools in maintaining equanimity in today's chaotic world. She first learned these techniques for her own personal benefit, but once she realized how powerful they are, she pushed herself out of her comfort zone to learn how to teach these gifts to others. In 2019, Cindy completed her RYT 200 certification with Breathe for Change. In 2023, she also became a certified meditation coach through Sura Flow. Cindy is passionate about helping others find a way to incorporate yoga and/or meditation into their daily routines, especially with educators working in under-served neighborhoods.
