Allow your mind to look with eyes of light and forgiveness upon what you judge or attack. God is in everything you see. Give up your attack (judging) thoughts and see a miracle through holy eyes. Free yourself from being a victim of this world and transform what you see. Based on Lessons 91 and 23 of A Course in Miracles: “Miracles are seen in the light” and “I can escape this world by giving up attack thoughts.”

Transcript

Take several long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Letting your body melt into the chair or floor each time you exhale.

Breathe in calming energy and breathe out any stress,

Any worries or thoughts you're having right now.

Taking a moment to look at your mind with your eyes as if you're watching a movie screen waiting for the next thought to come.

And not to see what the thought will be,

But to just clear the mind of thoughts so you can touch your spirit.

So you can touch who you really are,

Your highest divine self.

Clearing the mind and feeling the breath.

Your breath connects you to the divine spirit,

To God,

To love.

So placing a hand against your diaphragm and the other hand against your heart.

Take a deep breath in and then slowly let it out.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Slowly and deeply.

Slowly feeling and connecting to the life force that breathes through you.

Embrace the stillness of just sitting here and being,

Focusing on the movement of your breath in and out.

Just sit here present to this experience right now.

I invite you to now choose something you are judging or been attacking towards.

Maybe start with someone or some situation that is small for you,

Maybe not the biggest challenge or person that you have been attacking or judging.

It's completely normal to have judging or attacking thoughts.

It's our human nature,

But we can work with it and we can look at these thoughts,

These judgments,

These attacks with light and release them.

So just getting aware of what it is,

What are the thoughts,

What's the judgment you're having towards a situation or person.

It's not the person or situation that causes your suffering,

It's your thoughts about it,

Your thoughts about them and the feelings that those thoughts create inside you.

That is what is the source of your suffering and your pain,

Your stress,

Your anxiety.

Just looking at what is my grievance towards this situation or person.

And with eyes of love and compassion and empathy,

Just being with yourself,

Your hand against your heart,

Just whatever feelings you're having that are causing your suffering,

Just go within towards yourself and just really be present to the judgment you have and the feeling that it creates for you and just be with it.

Breathe into it.

Hold it in love,

Empathy,

Compassion,

The best that you can,

Even if you just touch it for a moment.

And you can ask for help in this healing,

Ask to be healed of this.

Please help me see with light,

Please help me love,

Forgive.

Just sitting with that now,

Keep asking and imagining the light is coming through you onto your situation or person,

Releasing,

Letting go.

So hidden under all of your ideas,

Opinions,

Judgments,

Attack thoughts is a holy purpose.

Nothing is as it seems.

So you can choose to look on things with love and appreciation and open-mindedness,

Forgiveness,

And say God is in everything I see.

And I allow my mind to look with eyes of love and forgiveness now onto what it is I'm seeing out there in the world or in my life or with this person or that person.

Looking through holy eyes,

Through eyes of light.

So take a moment now to just visualize the people or the situations you've been judging or again have ideas about what you think they should do or shouldn't be doing,

Your attack thoughts and just bless them.

And see through light-filled eyes,

See a miracle.

Somehow there's a miracle when you look through the eyes of light and you don't have to know what it is.

You can now send it out through your eyes towards that person or situation.

See through light-filled eyes,

Through eyes of light.

See through light-filled eyes,

Through eyes of light.

See through light-filled eyes,

Through eyes of light.

The God so needs your love right now,

Your light,

Your forgiveness.

And you need your love and light.

You need your forgiveness.

So just bless all that you see,

Including yourself.

Just seeing in the light today,

Looking through the eyes of your spirit and spread that light to the other eyes that you see.

May we all be healed,

May we all be happy,

May we all be free from fear,

May we all be at peace.

May we all be healed.

May we all be healed.

May we all be healed.
