Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing my breath.
I'm connected to the Spirit of Love,
The Spirit of God.
Relaxing into the present moment so I can release any fears or judgments that I carry or that I see in the world around me.
I invite you to put a hand against your heart and a hand against the diaphragm and really just feel that full breath from your core to your heart.
The Course in Miracles in Chapter 2 says all healing is essentially the release from fear.
In Lesson 268,
What can frighten me when I let all things be exactly as they are?
So when we turn to love,
Fear dissolves.
When we let things be as they are,
We can more effectively show up to any situation or person with grace,
With ease.
Take a moment to put into your heart any fear that you have in your life right now.
What's your greatest fear?
Just put it in your heart to allow the embrace of your breath,
The lungs around your heart to just nurture and hold this fear in love.
And you can say to the fear,
I know you feel this way,
I understand,
It's okay,
I'm here,
God is here,
Love is here.
Just breathe into the fear as if love is surrounding it.
And remember that fear is not real.
Our fears are just ideas floating in the air and can be shifted with the love of God.
They're thoughts,
They're not true and they don't really help us with the situation at hand.
That maybe we need to show up with greater love or kindness,
Compassion or understanding or maybe we have a problem that really needs solving and fear is in the way for us to see what we need to do.
So I invite you to release your fears with your breath and with the power and energy of love.
And so whatever you're holding in your heart you can say I let this fear about blank go,
I let it go,
I let my fear around the situation or that person or whatever it is,
I just let the fear go and I breathe it out.
So take a full breath in and then breathe out your fears.
And just do that a few times,
Just gently and slowly,
Asking the Holy Spirit to help you release your fearful perceptions that aren't real.
Okay,
Good.
Nothing can threaten your spirit.
It's your ego that feels this perceived threat.
But your ego isn't real either.
It seems real,
But it's not who you really are.
So turn to your heart and join with love and give your fears or your inner guilt to the light.
Turn to who you really are as God created you.
Saying I am as God created me,
At peace and as love.
There is nothing to fear when I let things be as they are.
Keep breathing in and out of your heart.
What if I could let this situation be exactly as it is?
What if I could let the person that maybe I'm judging in my mind or fearful around,
What if I let them be exactly as they are?
Just in this moment in my heart.
Instead of fearing them,
Could I bless them or the situation?
Instead of fear,
Could I forgive and ask that all minds be healed?
Fear often tells us that we aren't safe and that's what the ego fears the most is its safety.
The Course in Miracles says the perfectly safe bless because they know they are blessed.
Without anxiety the mind is wholly kind.
Safety is letting go of attack.
So blessing your situation because you know you are blessed,
You are safe,
You are taken care of.
God is here and your fears are imagined.
Take a moment to bless your situation,
Your fear or person that you're concerned about or worried about or fearing.
Bless because you are blessed.
It is a privilege for the forgiven to forgive.
Do not side with fear.
Listen to the Holy Spirit and be guided to the truth.
Be a love warrior.
Put up your love ray or your love shield and send love out.
And send love to yourself.
Send love to all the fear based thoughts that you have about yourself like I haven't done enough or I'm not good enough or I might get sick or I might die.
Put up your love shield.
Do not accept these thoughts.
These thoughts hurt you.
These thoughts keep you from being love in the world.
They keep you from an easier existence and they keep you from God.
In fact they deny God and deny that you are blessed by the love of God.
So keep opening your heart to the love that you are and allow that love to radiate towards yourself right now and all the places that feel guilty or bad or not enough.
And keep using your breath to breathe in love and breathe out fear.
Remembering that all healing is essentially the release from fear.
