As the world faces challenges, many of which we cannot control, it is wise of us to begin our day with grounding, healing, and powerful thoughts. Your mind is a ship and your free will and consciousness must act as Captains. When storms hit, never let go of the wheel. Instead, quiet your mind, still your thoughts, breathe deeply and let go. I hope this theta brainwave meditation can help you ease out of stress and into peace.

Please begin by making yourselves very very comfortable.

This is your time.

This is your sacred time.

Time that you have created to help you center and ground yourself before the start of your day.

Please take one deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a count of two.

And exhale gently,

Relaxing your back and your shoulders.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it for a count of two.

Exhale gently.

Releasing your shoulders and your back.

It is important to set intentions daily.

And helpful to begin each day.

With intentions that have been created mindfully.

And are directed towards a specific goal.

It is important that we as human beings exercise as much of our right to take control over our conscious and creative mind as humanly possible.

Those of us who begin our day with intentions.

And whose intention it is to be in control of our thoughts and our feelings.

Our emotions.

Our reactions.

And our behaviors.

Can lead organized,

Sensible,

Abundant lives.

Lives that are limited.

In terms of stress.

Unnecessary anxieties.

And drama.

When we take the time at the beginning of our day.

And we remember that we are enough.

That we have always been enough.

And it was only when,

In a moment of unconsciousness.

When we worried too much about what someone else thought about us.

When we forgot to remember.

That we do not need other people's validation.

In order to be enough.

When we forgot to remember.

That we do not need to have conversations that drain us.

We do not need to defend ourselves.

To people who do not wish to hear us.

Or to work with us.

Who do not wish to understand us.

When we forget that we are enough.

Patterns of behavior surface.

And in the unconscious state.

We are unaware.

We have been triggered.

And the past.

Has now hijacked the now.

And we are in the process.

Of creating.

A future reality.

We may wish not to create.

When we take the time.

To begin our day mindfully.

Remembering that we are enough.

And that every human being is enough.

When we remember.

That there are those who.

Are seeking enlightenment.

And peace.

And there are those who are not.

When we remember not to judge.

Someone else.

And their path.

Or their state of awareness.

And instead we focus.

On loving ourselves.

And letting go.

Of thinking we need other people.

To love us.

Or validate us.

When we begin our days.

With intentions like these.

We set in motion.

Energies of abundance.

Energies of peace.

We begin creating.

Neurological associations.

That mirror peace.

We begin creating patterns within our brain.

That help us gravitate towards peace.

Peaceful thoughts.

Peaceful beliefs.

Peaceful conversations.

Peaceful outcomes.

When we take the time to ground ourselves each morning.

To remember.

That there is no such thing as separation.

We begin to feel whole.

Connected.

To the self.

Connected to Gaia.

Connected.

To the sky.

To the stars.

To the moon.

To all that is.

To source.

When we take the time.

To intend to not judge the self.

To not judge others.

And intend instead.

To focus on love.

We integrate.

Mind.

Body.

Soul.

Energy body.

When we remember that we are enough.

We heal ourselves.

We help heal the world.

We help heal others.

Today intend to remember.

You are enough.

You are enough.

You are enough.

Namaste.

I believed I was worthless ever since I was old enough to think, thanks to my parents. I'm healing by not identifying with this belief and simultaneously trying to replace it with statements such as I am enough. Lisa is a tremendous help because she emanates the kindness my inner child has been looking for. Thank you Lisa for everything you have recorded and will record in the future.

A beautiful morning meditation! Today I just needed to know that in the middle of the term that is my family since my dad died… But I am enough! A reminder to breathe a reminder that this day is for me and then I get to make this day what I wanted to be. with such a gentle and calming voice… You reminded me of who I want to be in this day! So today I take that out into the world and do my best to relax and be present and remember that I am enough and that is up to me and only me.
