This is a guided healing theta brainwave practice designed to raise conscious awareness. You are not your thoughts, your hair, your eyes, or your 3D body. Therefore, you are not your ego attachments, worries, insecurities, or anxieties. You are the awareness of the consciousness of the ego. This practice has been created to help you release ego attachments and fall more deeply in love with your divine self. You are enough right here and right now. All that is, is the Now.

This is your time.

Time that you have manifested.

Time that you have deemed you are worthy of.

And you are.

Begin by bringing your awareness to the center of your forehead.

Focus on the area of your forehead.

Ask your brain to please relax the muscles of your forehead.

Now take a moment and observe how the muscles of your forehead obey the brain's command.

You are not this area.

You are not your forehead.

You are not the command.

You are the observer of the consciousness that has made the demand.

Please bring your awareness to the muscles that surround your eyes.

Deliberately ask your consciousness to command the muscles around your eyes to relax and release.

Take a moment to observe how the muscles of your eyes respond to the command.

The power to command your mind and to release tension in your body at any time is within you.

Take a moment to understand that you are not the muscles of your eyes.

You are not your forehead.

Many of us identify with our physical 3D body.

You are not your 3D body.

You are not your hair.

You are not your weight.

You are not your past.

You are not your relationships.

You are not your fears.

You are not the sensations that happen in your body.

You are the awareness of these experiences.

The human brain is an organ.

It has been designed to react and respond to fear,

Anxieties,

And insecurities.

The undisciplined mind can run amok.

Learning to observe the mind can heal you,

Save you,

Bring you peace,

Calm,

And equanimity.

When we stop to observe the mind,

When we stop to contemplate who and what we think we are,

When we stop to unpack who we think we are,

When we stop and take the time to remind ourselves we are not our hair,

We are not our face.

You are not your body.

No one is their body.

You are the consciousness that is aware of your body.

You are the consciousness that can observe what you think and feel about your body.

You are not your body.

The human ego is designed to survive.

The human ego falls prey to emotions.

The human ego might be under the illusion that it is your body.

The ego may be under the illusion that it is your fear.

Your ego is unconscious.

The ego may believe it is your past,

Your failures,

Or maybe your successes.

You are not your ego.

You are the awareness of your ego.

You are the awareness of your ego's awareness.

You are not ego's attachments.

You are unattached.

You are one with everything,

Attached to nothing,

And yet everything just the same.

You are awareness.

The ego might strive to be enough.

You are the awareness of the striving,

And you are enough.

You have been born enough.

You are more than enough.

You are not your body.

You are not your mind.

You are not your achievements,

Failures,

Or successes.

You are the awareness of the mind.

You are the awareness of your experiences.

You are not your past.

You are not your future.

You are the awareness of the now.

At any point in time,

You have the power to still your mind.

This can be quickly accomplished by finding the space between your thoughts.

Learn to sit in the space between your thoughts.

Know that you are enough.

There is nothing you need to prove.

There is only now.

There is only your awareness of what is happening within you now.

You are the awareness of memories.

You are the observer of any body sensations that take place and occur as a result of a memory.

But you are not the memory.

You are not the emotions or the bodily sensations that occur as the result of a memory.

You are the observer of all that is.

You are enough.

You were born enough.

It is time to come home.

It is time to remember.

It is time to know that you are enough.

You shall forever be enough.

You are the observer of the now moment,

The awareness of this divine,

Miraculous,

Perfect moment.

You are enough.

You are enough.

You are enough.

Lisa, I’ve heard a lot of of your meditations and they have really helped me so much over come and reroute my way of old thinking. This particular one is incredible and next level.
