Good morning.

I'm excited to share my morning affirmations with you today.

Feel free to find a comfortable seat or practice as you go about your morning routine.

That's when I like to practice my affirmations.

Today,

I'll share three affirmations that will start your day from a grounded,

Empowered place.

I'll share the affirmation,

Lead a short visualization exercise,

And then repeat the affirmation a couple of times.

There will be periods of silence between each repetition,

And you'll know our practice has ended when you hear the sound of chimes.

Let's get started.

I am grateful for the beauty that surrounds me.

Take a moment to look around.

As you take in familiar surroundings,

Notice the colors that you see.

Allow your hands to explore the texture of your chair or clothing.

Listen to the everyday sounds that you normally tune out.

Feel your chest and belly rise and fall with your breath.

Picture your breath expanding your heart center.

Imagine your heart center connected to an energy source that is greater than yourself.

As you breathe,

Feel the energy of existence flow into your body.

I am contributing to the love and kindness in the world today.

Kindness is a superpower.

By choosing to exhibit kindness,

You have the ability to change the very essence of the world around you.

When you treat yourself and others with love,

You are weaving together the fabric of society.
