Sitting in your comfortable position so that you're feeling really grounded.
Your eyes can be closed or open.
Place your hands in the universal mudra by stacking one palm on top of the other.
Align your index finger,
Your middle finger,
Your ring finger,
And your pinky finger.
Then bring your thumbs to touch.
Take a deep breath into your nose and as you exhale relax into the tops of the shoulders,
Relax your fingers,
Relax your toes.
April is a time of renewal,
Growth,
And awareness.
A time of growth,
Renewal,
And awareness.
Renewal.
With so much going on in the world it almost feels like we're holding our breath.
You can't breathe.
Take another deep inhale into your nose and as you exhale feel the breath from the nose or the mouth.
Take a moment to reflect on how you can be the change you want to see in this world.
Growth.
Many of us are tending to our gardens and our landscapes.
Really notice how nature,
Insects,
And animals grow from and live on the earth.
What are you learning from your harvest,
From your gardens and your landscapes?
What are you learning?
Awareness.
Spend time this April listening to the rhythm of your soul.
Everything has a rhythm,
Vibration,
And energy.
When we all renew,
Grow,
And become aware,
We create one universal rhythm.
We vibrate higher and there's one collective beautiful rainbow of energy.
