It's the end of the week!

You made it!

And here is a short meditation to end your work week.

Give yourself the freedom to let go of the to-do list,

The meetings,

The conversations.

To let go of the ego of what you thought you heard that may have lowered your energy so that you can vibrate higher and have a healthier and more joyful weekend ahead.

We will start this meditation standing.

Bring your feet a comfortable distance apart.

Bend your knees slightly.

Slightly tuck in your pelvis.

Draw your shoulders down your back.

Slightly tuck your chin towards your chest and bring your hands to your side.

For now,

Keep your eyes open and look straight in front of you.

Take a deep inhale in through your nose and exhale fully and completely.

Take another deep inhale in through your nose.

Feel the belly,

The rib cage,

The chest,

Front to back,

Side to side,

Top to bottom and then let it all go.

And now very softly close your eyes or soften your gaze towards the earth.

Place both of your hands at your heart's center.

And now imagine your favorite color.

Imagine that that favorite color is a soft,

Warm ball of light.

Take your favorite color,

Your soft ball of light and bring it towards the top of your toes.

Allow your favorite color,

That soft ball of light,

To cover your toes and your feet.

Feel the warmth of your favorite color as you root into your feet.

Let go of any hope Let go of any holding in the ankles.

Soften into the front of the legs and the back of the legs.

Your favorite color is now the color of your legs.

You feel the warmth.

It moves to your knees,

Your thighs.

Let go of any holding in the pelvis as your favorite color and the warmth of that color surrounds your pelvis.

Now your lower belly,

Your chest,

Moves to your upper arms,

Your lower arms,

Your hands,

And now all ten fingers.

Your favorite color,

That warm ball of light,

Is now your neck,

Your chin,

Your cheeks,

Nose,

Eyes.

That warm ball of light and color softens the expression on your forehead,

The back of the neck,

The shoulders,

The entire back,

Your buttocks,

The back of the legs,

The heels,

And the soles of your feet.

And now imagine that your entire body is now the color of your favorite color.

Give yourself the freedom to come into the warm embrace of your entire body.

Take a deep inhale in through your nose.

Open your mouth wide and let it go.

Now take a moment to notice how you feel with compassion,

Without expectation,

Without judgment.

Knowing that you can enter into your weekend with this feeling as you continue to embrace the warmth of your body.

Know that you can take this feeling into each and every day of next week and weeks to follow.

Whenever you're feeling low energy and you want to vibrate higher.

Take one more inhale in through your nose and let it all go.

And now with soft,

Relaxed eyes,

Begin to let the light back in.

Have a glorious weekend.
