If you're just starting to integrate meditation into your daily routine, maintaining a schedule and sticking to it can feel a little daunting at times. That is exactly what this guided meditation is intended to help with. This session can truly help build the strong bond between you and your meditation practice that you've been looking for. So settle into your meditation space, get comfortable, and press play. Either close your eyes or fall into a restful gaze. Today is about the relationship between you and your ritual.

Our breath moves in and out repetitively.

Our heart beats over and over again.

Repetition is a natural part of our being.

We are inherently habitual creatures,

Right down to the core.

Sometimes,

Our natural rhythm,

Our beneficial repetitiveness,

Our self-healing habituality becomes interrupted.

This can be due to so many factors.

Everything from dark feelings,

Sickness,

And even everyday hurdles can cause a healthy routine to fall to the wayside.

In turn,

Falling out of healthy habits can also cause dark feelings,

Sickness,

And unexpected hurdles.

It is through effective,

Constructive,

And positive habits that we can both help prevent being or feeling unwell and improve our current physical,

Mental,

And emotional health.

Adopting the habit of daily wellness,

Mindfulness,

And meditative rituals is the key factor to living an all-around healthy lifestyle.

In this moment,

Bring yourself into an appropriate posture for meditation.

Align your spine.

Keep your back straight and comfortable.

Balance your shoulders.

You may lay down if you feel that it's right.

But if you feel tired,

You can become restfully alert by propping yourself up in a seated position.

Relax your body.

Relax your face.

Relax your heart.

Relax your mind.

If you have not done so already,

Softly close your eyes or comfortably lower your gaze.

Make healthy posture and form habitual.

Make calm and relaxation habitual.

Use your breath to allow distractions to pass.

Create room in your life for what truly serves you.

Breathe in your intention to adopt a daily practice.

Breathe out all roadblocks that get in the way of you choosing how you want to live.

Breathe in slowly,

Deeply,

And meaningfully.

Breathe out slowly,

Deeply,

And meaningfully.

Envision a bright,

Healing light of healthy routine entering your lungs as you breathe in.

Visualize the dark residue of sluggishness,

Distractions,

And poor habits escaping your body as you breathe out.

Breathe in the bright,

Healing light.

Breathe out the dark,

Unserving residue.

Cleanse your body.

Cleanse your heart.

Cleanse your mind.

Cleanse your body.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Naturally,

And comfortably.

Fuel your being with the bright intention of adopting healthy,

Mindful,

Healing habits.

Release the darkness that no longer serves you.

Allow the rhythm of this cycle to follow your breath.

Continue this cycle as it instills the intention of ritual deep within your heart center.

Speak clearly and impactfully to your inner being.

Speak clearly and impactfully to your inner being about your profound focus and intention.

Time does not serve you in this moment.

I will gently let you know when it's time to come back.

And at that time,

You can slowly come back at your own pace.

The repetitiveness of my breath is a symbolic representation of the way in which my healthy practice heals and nurtures my entire self.

Every time I breathe,

I am reminded to continue with my daily practice and the ways in which it benefits me.

Breathe in slowly,

Deeply,

And meaningfully.

Breathe out slowly,

Deeply,

And meaningfully.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Continue to breathe the way in which you were naturally intended to.

Just breathe.

Relax your body and sink into your new intention.

Carry this intention with you everywhere you go.

The ability to continue on with healthy habits and rituals.

The ability to continue on with wellness,

Mindfulness,

And meditation.

The ability to continue on with wellness,

Mindfulness,

And meditation resides within you.

And it is evident from this moment that you have all of the power within your heart to utilize and benefit from this ability.

And,

As you continue to put this positive intention and energy out into the universe,

The universe will hear you,

The universe will see you,

And it will respond to your call by sending just as positive and just as elevated energy back to you.

And it is through this that you will receive abundance.

And you will live life very well.

Continue on with your ritual and live life the way in which you were intended to.
