I am so excited to be here because I am going to do something new and exciting today.
I am going to do a meditation after.
Flipping through some cards.
I'm going to do this new thing where I sort through a new Oracle deck or a tarot deck,
And I'm going to just see what comes up.
And then we're going to do a meditation on the fly based on that.
So I'm going to shuffle.
I'm actually doing it from Whispers of Nature Oracle Deck.
It's beautiful.
The imagery is absolutely gorgeous.
So we're going to see what comes up today.

So we're going to do a meditation on that today.
You are worth it.
And I think that that's a beautiful message because you are worth it.
So get yourself comfortable.
You can sit,
You can lay down.
There's no rules for me.
So whatever you want to do.
Find yourself in a comfortable position.
I'm going to sit.
Take a nice long slow inhale in.
Just roll your shoulders back.
Get the kinks out.
Let's do that again.
Nice,
Long,
Slow inhale in through the nose.
Bring your shoulders up to your ears,
Building some tension there.
Exhale through the mouth.
Drop your shoulders.
Let's do that again.
Inhale in through the nose.
And then.

Exhale out.
One more time,
And then close your eyes.
And after this one,
Okay?
Inhale in,
Shrunk your shoulders up.
Out through the mouth.
And then close your eyes here.
Just.

Start to breathe.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Just noticing.
Noticing your breath.
Going in,
The cool air.
Noticing your exhale out.
Storm.
Notice how.
It feels in your body to breathe.
To slow down.
We move,
We go,
We're always doing something.
You are worth.
Slowing down for this moment.
You are worth taking time for.
So let your body soften.
Breathing in and out here.
Slowing down the day.
Connecting with your breath.
Allow your body to feel just a little heavier.
Your inhales and your exhales to be a little slower.
Giving yourself a little love.
Place one hand.
On your heart,
The other on top of it.
We're giving ourselves love because we're worth it.
So connect to your heartbeat and let it come forward.
Notice it beating.
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Feeling your heartbeat.
We give.
And we're always doing for others.
Maybe because we have to for work.
Maybe because we have a kind heart and that's wonderful.
But you are worth taking time for yourself.
So right now.
Think of one thing you're going to do for yourself that's just.

For you.
What is one thing you're going to do today?
That lights you up,
That makes you happy.
Feels good,
That is just for you.
Think about that right now.
Something you can commit to.
That will be exciting or.
Joyous,
What is one thing you're gonna do?
That's just for you because you are worth it.
Now holding on to that.
Continuing to breathe in and out here.
Feeling that joy in your heart,
Knowing that you are worth.
Doing kind things for.
We're going to do a series of affirmations.
You can say them.
Silently.
You can say them out loud,
Or you can just hear me say them and allow them to connect.
But breathe in and out here.
And allow them.
To absorb.
Feel them right now.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of calm.
I am worthy of patience.
I deserve to be listened to and heard.
I am worthy of kindness.
I am worthy of peace.
I am worthy to take space.
I am worthy to chase my dreams and to go after anything I desire.
Let those words sink in.
Because you are worthy.
And now think of someone that.

Maybe deserving.
Of these words.
Maybe someone that struggles.
With feelings of worth.
That you wanna pay this forward to.
Give some loving kindness to.
Think of them in your mind now.
And as you do,
Silently or aloud,
You can say,
You are worthy.
Breathe in.
And exhale out.
You are worthy.
And push that energy toward them.
Breathe in again.
Give them one more beautiful,
Loving kindness push of energy.
You are worthy.
Now relax your hands down on your lap,
Feeling the warmth.
Take a nice long slow inhale in through the nose.
Gently let that go.
And you can start to bring yourself back.
And roll your shoulders back.
Sway back and forth.
And when you're ready and there's no rush,
You can.

Come back and open your eyes.
It may feel a little bright,
So be gentle.
Remember the card we pulled?
You are.

Worth it.
You are worthy.
You deserve things.
Universe gave it to us today,
Right?
So.
Go through your day and Have that.
Feeling in your heart and then pay it forward to others because it has a ripple effect.
You are worthy.
Smile.
And that can be contagious.
Tell somebody else that they're worthy.
And then they can tell somebody else.
Then it's just a beautiful feeling that we can spread.
You're worth it.
You're worth trying something new.
You're worth.
