Explore MeditationMulholland trained in vipassana, anapanasati, and yoga nidra. Mulholland also collaborated with her teacher (whom is a therapist) to integrate meditation into formal therapeutic interventions. She applied her meditation learnings to ultra marathons (and has completed ultra races ranging from 50km up to 104.8 miles). Mulholland has also competed in the Trans Rockies gravel bike race as well as local CX and gravel bike races. She completed the plant based nutrition certification with Cornell University (certification inspired by the work of T. Colin Campbell). Mulholland also has her fitness instructor certification; was a Les Mills Body Attack instructor with GoodLife Fitness; and instructed Les Mills RPM (spin class) with GoodLife Fitness.
