Hello,

Hello beautiful being,

It's Linda back again from neutralising with love.

And today we're going to look at expanding a love shield around your home.

Why would you want a love shield around your home?

Well the reasons I did to start with were so as I could know that the air,

The space that I live in was automatically protected by love and that someone coming in would go through this love and arrive to see me in a more pure love form than what they were previously.

It's something that I use,

Wow,

When I bring anything home.

I have the same love shield around my car so you can make the car an annex to your home if you drive in a car.

And you can take this around yourself as a bubble with an umbilical cord attached back to the sacred space of your home.

There's so many ways you can use this and comment to me if you find it difficult or if you'd like another visual for that.

I'm really happy to supply it.

But let's today just sit still and build the one around the home.

How's that?

It doesn't matter how big your home is,

It doesn't matter.

It's just the intention and the magic and the universal love that's involved.

So why don't you just sit comfortably?

Oh and have a drink of water,

Stop the recording if you need to.

Let's do this with a hydrated body.

And when you're back and ready and you've had some water,

Just stretch,

Take some deep breaths and yawn,

Maybe yawn,

Let your jaw relax.

This is a visualization more than a meditation.

So you can be seated or you can lie down if you feel more comfortable.

We're going to go into Imagineerland.

It's my favorite way to describe mindscape.

Okay,

Gorgeous being.

You're all comfortable and relaxed.

And wherever you are,

If you're not physically in your home right now,

You can just imagine that you are.

That will work as well.

If you're in your home or in your room that you need to build this protection around,

Just take a deep breath in and push it out.

Now take a deep breath in into your heart chakra area,

Into your heart energy.

Fill that breath up with love.

And when you blow the breath out,

Envisage the love on your breath building out into your light body.

Every breath that you take into your heart chakra and then blowing this loving air out into your energy field.

Feel the flow from your heart onto your breath filling up your energy field with love.

Every breath filled with love and when your energy field is all full,

Let's expand that love in an energy shape,

A big round loving ball of energy that we keep breathing love into.

And like a magical balloon,

It expands on every heartbeat and every breath.

It expands to encompass where you're sitting,

The room.

Keep breathing this love.

This is universal love you're tracking here to provide a shield for you to live in loving sacred space.

Expand that bubble beyond the room.

It's magic enough to encompass the whole building filled with love,

Sacred loving space.

Expanding this shield,

Expanding the love.

Now once you've encompassed the building that you're in,

Whether it be your home or your apartment building,

Just feel into how you can expand it into your immediate suburb or urban area.

See how far it wants to expand.

Breathe into it a little more and give it permission to expand as far as it wants from here.

You can have the first impermeable layer around your building and the second layer of love reaching further out as far as you wish to make it.

It's one way that we can spread universal love through an accident of touch.

Because this brings me to my next step.

Even though we don't always want to look at it,

There are things we could call negative energy out there.

Negative energy needs just as much self-choice as positive energy.

So our intention from here is if negative energy that is aimed at you and your sacred space,

If this negative energy wants to touch the outside layer of your sacred space,

Then it's given an option.

The option is if it touches that love layer,

That loving,

Protecting sacred space layer,

Then it can be neutralized into love and incorporated into the shield or it just doesn't come in.

That's the intention.

Make that intention now.

They have free will.

Touch it and be neutralized.

Don't touch it and stay as you are.

That's fine.

And that way your loving energy is built and expanded through choice,

Through negative energy's choosing to come through and be positive.

That way the love's expanded further.

You can see how big this can grow,

Can't you?

So when someone's coming to see you in your home,

You can add a waterfall of love across the entryway.

I live in suburbia with a small home-sized block and I put across my boundary a waterfall of love.

And this is for you to do now,

Whether it be across your home entrance,

Your apartment building entrance,

The entrance to your property,

Just now add with universal love a waterfall of neutralizing love.

And again beings have choice.

They'll know as soon as they come to meet the waterfall of love,

They will know they have a choice to come through in their most loving form or to not come through,

To not even see.

Negative negative beings won't even see the entry.

They won't see how to get in.

They won't see you because the love will actually change your light and it will change your vibration and you'll vibrate differently to the negative people.

This will actually assist you in connecting with more positive loving people.

And what about when you leave your home?

In this instant with this intention,

Let's encompass your car with this love and create an umbilical cord of top-up energy that comes with you wherever you go.

And it's the same when you leave your home on foot if you're going public transport or just walking or running.

Your love bubble around your person comes with you and the umbilical cord is connected straight back into the universal love that lives in the main form.

That will travel with you at any time.

And that's how you build and maintain a beautiful loving shield around your home,

Around your room,

Around your car,

Around your person.

And you may revisit it at the beginning just to make sure.

And every now and then I feel out into the energy field and ask where it needs boosting or just send boosters to find any spots that need it.

It's like pumping up a bike tire.

Okay beautiful beings.

I'm going to bring you back from your Imagineer Land now,

Back to the here and now.

Stretch your body if you've gone away a long way and know you can listen to this again but you would have done it even if you went off into meditation.

You would have done this on the ethers for sure.

It's such a beautiful way to hold a loving space.

It allows choice and free will to all concerned and it keeps your shield of loving protection up and around you.

You can apply this to family members or teach it to them.

It's just wherever you want to take it now grow it your way.

You've got the basics.

Allow your guidance to show you where it needs to go from here.
