
Protect Yourself From Negative Energy
As we grow more and more into ourselves it seems to me that our Shining Light annoys others. This meditation is from a recent Live Event where we'll talk together about how this can happen and how you can more efficiently deal with the fallout. Then we'll use meditation and my Brain File Clearing Process to neutralize and recalibrate some files. Much love from Me.

Hello beautiful beings,
It's Linda here.
I hope you're having a beautiful day.
Today you're going to be,
If you choose to listen to this,
You'll be listening to a live which I title Protect Yourself from Negative Energy.
It was something that I've just spoken about so much with different people and helped them to understand how to be more resilient and how to grow more into your shine.
And it seems to me as we grow into our shining light,
It does annoy some people.
They can be people we know or people we don't,
It doesn't matter.
And what you'll find in this live event is a chat that I'll have inside the group about how it can happen and how you can more efficiently deal with the fallout.
And then we're going to use my brain file clearing process in meditation to neutralize and recalibrate some files.
I hope you enjoy it.
I'm going to try and edit out any bits that are totally irrelevant and yeah it's probably going to be about 40 minutes long so here we go.
Today I have intuited one of the heart library codes for us to start with and I was totally thwarted about doing one for the end so I have no idea where that's going.
I've just kept the spreadsheet open so as it if we need to find that we will.
It's quite fun.
So a week ago I just I said to Michael,
Husband,
I really want to do something.
I was getting a bit cabin fever.
We don't go out much over the Christmas period because we live in a a tourism area and yeah everything gets crowded so you just don't want to go out.
Well I don't,
Nor does he.
So right let's go let's go for a drive and we're on the beach side so if we drive inland and there's a range of hills,
Australian hills,
They're not really massive ones.
We call it the hinterland and we stopped at a place that was gentle for lunch and it wasn't long after where,
Excuse if this is TMI,
Too much information,
I had this major gastric upset and I knew I'd eaten good food.
I knew I had.
We'd had fresh Korean,
Freshly cooked Korean food which was a first for me.
It was nice but my stomach accepted it and loved it and as Michael and I were like dissecting the reasoning behind this annoyance in my body I realized that I had sat for a while in the breeze but I had had my heart wide open to the space.
It was like a space with food places around like a courtyard and I had I said I think I just sat with my heart too wide open because I was enjoying meeting the dogs that were around you know just being there and sometimes when your heart's wide open and you're in a bit of a shift time which a lot of us have been and I heard that the planets were that was the alignment day if planets only do things on a day and we just decided,
This we was probably me,
Decided that it was one of those moments where my shine annoyed somebody spiritually and because I was wide open and it's happened to me before because I was wide open that's when the,
I don't know,
I said to Michael what can we call it?
He said a hook and I think even a hook it's possibly,
I just say gremlins because it kind of creates this comic appearance rather than giving it power.
Does that make sense?
So now that I've told you that little story about what inspired this I want to tell you a bit about what we do because quite a few of you are new and I don't have processes,
I think my processes are reasonably unique.
They've been gifted to me from above so I just share them and I'm so happy quite a few people now have,
Since I spoke it last week,
Have confirmed that they share my brain file clearing process with others,
With family,
With friends and with clients which is just cool.
So what we're going to do today,
We're going to do firstly a heart library code and what are they?
They are vibrational codes.
A friend downloaded these codes and they remind us to our heart about our all is one thing because that becomes complex or we are all one kind of thing and the more you open your heart to understanding little bits,
Your team and you do this,
I don't control this,
It just opens your heart.
It opens your heart to the vibration of and that to me I just value that so much because it allows me to see things differently and it allows,
I don't know,
It just it opens you up to your journey more clearly and I just wanted to also add to that whatever I do here today I am as your connector.
I'm not the,
I mean I share my knowledge and my skills but what I like to do is send the information through and when you're sitting here that information is loaded to you through your team's filter so you get to hear what you need to hear on the day.
Does that make sense?
Okay so what was I going to say next?
Okay brain file clearing process.
That is what we do in a meditative space.
It is so gentle and it just allows dumb files or good files to be to be neutralized,
To be loved up,
To be not so prominent if they're negative and to maybe be bolstered and enlightened and gifted more to you if they're positive things that need to be grown.
Does that make sense?
And what I wanted to ask since I'm just looking at the chat is if you have any thoughts about how a negative spiritual moment has affected you,
Pop like a word,
Not a really great big long thing but a word or a quick sentence because I can then utilize that in the brain clearing process.
Now what about,
What about a,
Like a positive feeling,
Something powerful,
Something resilient,
Something and that and that way we can actually utilize if you like positives and negatives inside the brain file clearing.
We're going to do now in this moment if you want to just like put the phone down you don't need to look at the screen and just start your way of relaxing.
Breathe your way of relaxing.
Just allow my voice to carry you into relax.
Take a deep breath in and then just let it leak out slowly,
Leak out slowly.
Another deep breath in and just let it out slowly.
Scan your body for where you're holding any tenseness just in the moment.
Your shoulders,
Calves,
Ankles,
Thighs,
Hips,
Just give them a wee squeeze and let them go.
Yeah okay Now while you're sitting or lying wherever you've decided to relax we're going to complete and incorporate in our vibration this heart library code.
You can place your hands on your heart area if you feel like it or you can just intend and open your heart wide for this to enter and land in your cells.
And the code that we're activating today is the code for Samik which is the 15th letter of the Hebrew alphabet which is all about support which is what we need as we grow.
Hey I'll be reading these numbers seven times to allow them to enter fully into your system.
I just had a big wave of heat come over me.
There's so many beautiful beings surrounding us and helping us and supporting us in what we're doing today.
Your team are here to support you.
So we ask for we ask for this beautiful beautiful code of Samik the 15th letter of the Hebrew alphabet to be activated in our gorgeous souls in our heart today.

Feeling,
Knowing and loving this information to land,
This vibration to land in your cells.
Take another deep in-breath and say inside or out loud,
It is done,
It is so,
And thank you.
This acknowledges the shift and acknowledges the new information in your cells.
Now stay where you are gorgeous being,
Stay where you are.
In this beautiful space,
Allow your body even more relaxation as it takes on the vibration of support.
And now in this moment,
Take your awareness up,
Up to that space just behind your eyes.
I call it imagineer land.
It's a beautiful space.
For those of you who are new,
This is a beautiful space for you to meet your brain and a love pile for clearing.
If you can't see anything as we do this visual guidance,
Don't worry,
Just allow,
Just open your heart and allow the words to wash over you,
Knowing that they will do what they will do and you're supported and guided.
So inside this gorgeous mind space,
Take your awareness over to the left and ask your brain to show up.
If you've done this before,
You know your brain will just be there waiting.
And once you've seen or felt where your brain lives,
Let's set up the path.
So lift your inner gaze from the left up and over to the right.
And as you do that,
There'll be a path up here,
A curve,
A rainbow.
It was a hiccup,
Wasn't it?
A curve or a rainbow.
And that will land over on the right.
And on the right,
There'll be a container,
Your container,
And it's filled with love and it's just waiting,
Just waiting for the files to come over so that they can recalibrate them,
Shine them up,
Archive them if that's necessary.
So come back over to the left now that we've arranged the picture and just say to your brain,
This is not going to be scary.
This is fine and it's going to help you not to feel so busy.
So let's do this one first.
Ask your brain to bring up files from any anxieties through the week,
From anything that it's just been worrying about this week.
Don't look at the files yourself.
We'll do this all anonymously and neutrally.
But when your brain brings the files to you,
Allow them,
See them go up and over that arc,
However you drew the arc,
Up and over the arc,
Over to the right to land in the love pile.
To be recalibrated.
When files land in the love pile,
What happens is what happens.
They may be recalibrated,
They may be shown up.
Sometimes they just need a different look,
A new vibration and they don't stay there.
They'll come back around into your files because they're part of you but they will probably be filed way in the distance,
Somewhere where you don't need to see them all the time.
Gives you time to see something new.
So come back to your brain and ask your brain if there are any more files,
Any anxiety files that it wants to move,
Any worry files.
And as they come,
Your brain will be feeling happier about this.
As they come,
Just allow them up and over that arc to land on the right in the love pile.
To be neutralized and recalibrated.
Now come back over to your brain and send it a big thank you hug.
And now ask it,
Ask it to find files across all timelines related to what we're doing next.
Even past,
Present,
Future,
Wherever your brain has access to files.
And that way we're rewriting some stuff.
Ask your brain now to find files on self-doubt.
Don't look at them.
Your brain will go off and find them where they needed.
And as they come,
Whether they're bright new ones or dusty old ones,
Just feel them go up and over that arc.
Over the arc,
Over to the right to land in the love pile.
To be recalibrated.
A new vibration attached.
And we can leave those files working there.
Then come back over,
Come back over to your brain and ask your brain to find files on where you've been feeling dazed or confused.
Dazed or confused about anything across all timelines.
And when those files come,
See them all gathered together and then they can just slide over that arc and land in love for a new vibration,
A new bright happy color.
Now when you come back over to your brain on the left,
Ask your brain to find files on feeling choked.
Choked can be about anything.
Let your brain find these files.
Feeling choked.
And allow the files as they come.
Allow them,
Allow them to slide up and over that arc and land over on the right in the love pile.
To be loved.
To be recalibrated.
To be reset.
Now when you come back,
When you come back to your brain,
Thank it for doing this work for you and ask it,
Ask it to find files now on trauma.
Don't give it any other instruction.
Just trauma.
Only that.
And your brain will find what you need to clear right now.
What you need to clear right now.
And allow these files to very gently up and over the arc and feel them land in the love.
If there's a lot,
Just keep them going and let them land in the love.
I'm doing this one with you,
Beautiful being.
Allow them to land in the love.
Allow the recalibration to do its work over there.
While we come back,
We come back over.
And ask your brain to find files now on feeling isolated,
On isolation.
There.
Your brain will find those files.
And when they arrive,
Just see them in a big pile going over the arc.
Oh,
Up and over that arc and land in the love pile.
Loved up,
Recalibrated.
Beautiful feeling.
So when you come back,
When you come back to your brain,
Ask your brain now to find files on meeting new friends.
Don't add anything to that.
Because if you put criteria on it,
Then you're impacting it with your current awareness.
And we're lifting new perspectives.
So just allow your brain to find any files on meeting new friends,
Meeting new people.
Oh,
Sorry,
That one landed for me.
And let's lift those files up and over the arc.
Lift them up and over and land in the love pile.
To be shown up,
To be elevated in the world.
We can leave those files there to have their magic happen.
And come back over to your brain.
And give an inner smile to your brain and now ask it,
Ask it to find files on being empowered,
On finding your power and being empowered.
And as those files dance up,
See them,
See them just powerfully going over that arc.
And they go and land in the love pile and they get aligned and recalibrated,
A new vibration to shine.
Now,
When you come back over to your brain.
Oh,
Thank you for finding all those files for you.
Your brain's fully into the game now,
Isn't it?
Just ask your brain now to find files on clarity and alignment.
Clarity and alignment.
And when those files come towards you,
Still don't look at them,
Allow them to be anonymous and neutral to you.
Let your brain be in charge and see them go up and over that arc and land on the right in the love pile.
Feel them enjoying the space,
The new vibration in the love pile.
And now when you come back over to your brain,
Ask your brain to find files on freedom and boundaries.
I feel that goes together.
Freedom and boundaries.
And as those files come,
Know and see them going up and over that arc,
Over to the right and landing in the love pile,
To be recalibrated and refreshed.
Now come back over to your brain.
And this time ask your brain to find files on enlightenment.
Enlightenment and awareness.
Yes.
And when those files come,
See them floating happily over that arc and landing in the love pile,
To be enriched and renewed,
Updated with a new shine.
And now come back to your brain and ask your brain to find files on feeling awakened,
Being awakened into your next new.
Understanding with more clarity what your next new looks like.
Which means you see more of what your next new is rather than what could have been that wasn't you.
Allow any files that come just to go up and over,
Up and over that arc and land on the right in the love pile.
To be refreshed,
Updated and renewed.
And they'll come back to you after they're done with their new vibration.
Now come back to your brain and say,
Thank you for working with me today.
One last set of files.
And just ask your brain to find files on joy and love,
Joy and love.
And as your brain brings those files towards you,
And once again,
See them,
Feel them going up and over that arc,
Up and over the arc to the right,
Where they land in the love pile.
To be updated,
A new story established,
A new fully recalibrated set of files.
Now gentle being,
Allow your brain to go back to where it was knowing that it's feeling refreshed in itself for getting rid of old files.
Very gently,
Don't come all the way back,
Just feel yourself,
Feel yourself coming back into your human form.
Feel yourself letting go.
Landing.
Also feel yourself bringing all of those new vibrations with you.
Feel your breathing again.
And on your breathing,
Allow through the breath,
All of these vibrations to enter your form,
Into your humanness,
Into yourselves.
Breathing in the new,
And breathing out the acceptance into yourselves.
As you breathe in the new,
And you fill up yourselves with the vibration of the new,
As your body fills,
And you're still breathing in the new,
This vibrational shift comes out of your form,
Out of your humanness,
Into your energy field.
It leaks out and firmly holds this new picture in your energy field.
As you're breathing in,
The new vibration lands,
And you're breathing this new out into your energy field.
This is your shining light.
This is your attractant,
Your magnetizing.
This is you personified,
Holding your light in the world.
You can only attract that which shines in your energy field.
So let's hold this new perspective with love and power.
Breathe with that for a while.
Sit with this for a while.
Enjoy.
So just stay where you are.
You don't have to come all the way back.
As you come back,
Let me just tell you,
