Hello,

Hello beautiful being.

Today we're going to meditate to the green,

To the grass.

So get yourself settled.

Be comfortable wherever you are,

Whether you're sitting or lying.

Or even if you're moving around,

If you're doing something and you've just got your ear pods in.

This works magic either way.

While you're there,

Open your eyes up and then just let them fall.

Let them be gently closed.

And check for muscular tightness around your head.

How's your skull going?

We carry a lot of tension in the muscles around our head and down neck.

Make sure your entire head is comfortable.

Just give your shoulders a wee bit of a shrug and then let them relax.

The muscles around your spine.

Thank you spine for holding us up and you can relax too.

And your hips.

Hips carry a lot,

A lot,

A lot.

Just allow them to breathe and to relax.

And your thigh muscles,

Relax them up,

Just breathe into them.

And your calf muscles,

Tense them up and relax.

And your toes,

Just give them a wiggle and then drop them off to the side.

Let your legs fall out whether you're sitting or lying.

And just be.

As we're going,

Keep your breath as deep as you can without trying hard.

Make sure it's reaching down to the bottom of your lungs.

Just gently taking the deepest breath in you can and slowly just let it fall out of your body.

You don't need to push it.

If you keep breathing like that it's not a chore.

It does help you to relax.

Now I'd like you to see in that area that lives behind your eyes,

Your mindscape.

Inside this mindscape.

When you look closer you can see yourself standing on a paved area in bare feet.

Just ready.

If you like to be in shoes you can be in shoes too.

It's good if you can put your bare feet on the grass in this picture.

And while you're standing in the paved area,

Just ahead of you,

Just ahead of you is the most beautiful grass you have ever seen.

It's the perfect green,

The bounciest looking grass.

Not too long,

It's been cut recently so you can put your feet into it.

So let's just do this slowly to feel it completely.

If you're doing this bare feet then follow through on the bare feet.

If you're doing it with your shoes on still that's fine too.

Just place one foot only,

Just one foot on the grass.

Feel the difference.

Feel the pull,

The tug of love that the grass offers you.

This beautiful feeling of absolute green cleansing.

So bless the other foot by now putting that on the grass and allow the grass to bless your feet and your body.

Walk a few paces forward and then just stand still.

You're safe,

This is your sacred space,

Your grass,

Your view,

Your vision.

Now if you can stand with your feet just a little way apart.

Stand up tall in this picture,

In this vision in your mind's eye and allow your arms to drop by your side,

Straight with their hands,

The palms facing forward.

Allow this person in your mind's eye to roll their shoulders and then stand tall and straight.

Now,

Now you feel the love of the grass,

The true love of earth.

In your next in-breath,

Breathe love in from the air and on the out-breath,

Allow the breath to float down through your body out through your toes and into Mother Earth.

Take another breath in and on the out-breath,

When this breath falls down through to Mother Earth,

It takes anything negative with it along the way,

Just collects it like a big net,

A big loving net,

Takes it down into the earth where it's transmuted into love and it joins the inner grid of love in the earth.

Take another deep breath,

Breathing love in from the atmosphere and allow this breath to sift and sort through your cells,

Through your atoms,

Through your muscles as it goes down through your body,

Taking anything that doesn't belong to you with it,

Any negativity,

Any splodgy stuff,

Down,

Wrapped in love,

Down into the earth.

And tend this for the next few breaths with the music.

And now that you've cleansed your body with this beautiful green love,

Allow Mother Earth to send you Earth love,

Grounding Earth love up through your toes,

Through your body,

Into your heart,

Up through your head,

Meeting your source connection and together with your source connection,

The love from source will run down with Mother Earth's love down through your body and then back up on every breath,

Every breath,

Incoming and exhaling,

Just sifting and sorting the love from earth and the love from source through your body,

Allowing loving,

Relaxing,

Feeling clear,

Safe,

Sacred and health.

Listen to the music while every breath keeps tracking this love up from Mother Earth and down from source.

And now if you're using this meditation to go to sleep,

Don't hear me,

You can stay where you are and stay asleep.

But if you need to come back to the here and now,

This is the time,

Coming back with all of that love,

With all your toes in anticipation of the amazing love that's held in your body now,

Feel your body activated by this love,

Gentle,

Ready,

Clear,

Focused.

Enjoy your day beautiful being,

I actually did this meditation outside with my feet in the grass in communion with the Earthly Mother for an added measure of connection. A very different but enjoyable experience.
