Join me in an I AM meditation to remember more about the Why and the How of your life here on earth. The statements made in a meditative space will find their way into your cell memory and aid your continued Awareness on this path. We’ll be clearing the old and stating the new, releasing limiting beliefs and inserting new belief pattern vibrations.

Hello beautiful being,

How are you today?

I'm ready to remember.

That was popped into my head as something to assist me and others and I've held it for a while thinking,

How do I give this to you?

So in this first instance,

While you get settled,

I'm going to gift it to you as an I am meditation and then I think it will grow into a course,

But at least while you're sitting,

Relaxing,

Lying,

However it is that you like to meditate and listen,

We'll impregnate your thought patterns and your cells with some I'm ready to remember statements and just see where that sifting and sorting comes to and if you feel like it at the end,

I would appreciate you letting me know how this worked for you,

Even if you miss it and then come back and tell me a message later.

So do just lie or sit however you like to become,

Be in your space,

Do a little body scan to see where maybe one or two other places need to relax more,

Just that little bit more.

Send your breath gently down into the bottom of your lungs so that you're gently taking big long in-breaths and slow long exhales and this will just help your body stay relaxed.

Gently ask your brain not to value any of the statements that we make and if any of them do stick,

Then just again ask your brain to record that one for later so you can look at it or not,

Just let it fly by.

These are just things that I'm ready to remember,

Things that clients have been ready to remember and I'm sharing them here in this gentle meditation.

So if you're ready and you're all relaxed,

We'll begin this I'm ready to remember meditation.

I'm ready to remember my truest self.

I'm ready to remember my innate abilities.

I'm ready to remember my own gentle powers.

I'm ready to remember my superpowers.

I'm ready to let go of old identity files that keep me stagnant.

I'm ready to let go of old patterns which keep me in an old persona.

I'm ready to let go of what I no longer need to be.

I'm ready to release any limiting beliefs holding me still at this time.

I'm ready to see more clearly.

I'm ready to remember how much information I brought with me into this life.

I'm ready to remember and see clearly those who play a star role in my growing awareness.

I'm ready to remember how to feel better about myself.

I'm ready to remember how to like myself more.

I'm ready to be myself.

I'm ready to remember that I don't have to be.

I'm ready to remember that I want to be and the places and the person that I want to be.

I'm ready to remember the strong belief patterns I created and stored in my files for my life here.

I'm ready to release unnecessary stored memories.

I'm ready to feel more surely into my now.

I'm ready to embrace my unique abilities.

I'm ready to see and use my unique talents.

I'm ready to remember my inner wisdom and I'm ready to access this inner wisdom.

I'm ready to explore and embrace my next new.

I'm ready to remember who I am in this lifetime.

I'm ready to realign with my true self.

I truly am ready to be who I am and I am ready to truly love myself.

It's time to come back now beautiful being.

Come back to the here and now if you went far away.

Relax,

Settle back into the human form again and move on with your day.
