Hello beautiful being.

This meditation is intentionally short and you can keep your eyes open on the crystal photo or just close gently.

So check in with your breathing.

Where's your breath landing?

If it's in your chest you can fairly quickly bring it further down into your lungs by using this quick technique.

Hold your hand just below your waist and take some short quick exaggerated puffs of breath pressing your tummy inwards on the exhale.

I find that this method shows the breath where to land.

Then intentionally take a long inhale and on your exhale gently press the tummy inwards.

On the inhale actively push your tummy outwards.

Do another couple of deeper breaths and you should feel the oxygen flowing in your system quite well.

Now breathe naturally and listen to the music,

This beautiful solfeggio music.

While I activate a vibrational code for being balanced this will land in your heart.

Eyes softly open or closed and if it feels right pop your hand or hands on your heart.

The 174 hertz solfeggio music is here to enhance the crystal magic and the heart library code enables your heart based balance.

Smoky quartz helps to stabilize energy and it releases negativity and the beautiful tiger's eye is great for grounding and balance and clarity.
