All colors impact our well-being and influence moods,
Emotions and physical states.
The warm colors of red,
Orange and yellow are stimulating and energizing.
They can also increase heart rate and adrenaline,

Yellow is mental stimulation and linked to happiness.
Red is excitement,
More energy,
Even increased appetite.
The cool colors of blue,
Green and purple have a calming effect.
They reduce stress and lower cortisol levels.
They create a tranquil environment,
Conductive to relaxing and to focus.
And purple can boost creativity,
Plus feel spiritual or simply calming.
And green connects to nature,
Linking to feelings of balance and harmony.
The neutral colors of white,
Beige and grey provide balance and a sense of cleanliness.
Blue is associated with a sense of security and calm and reduce anxiety.
So how to use color for well-being?
In your workspace using soft blue to promote calmness or light muted green to improve focus and concentration.
In the living spaces using warm colors of yellow and orange to boost energy in social areas.
And the bedrooms using calm colors like lavender,
Light green and soft blue to promote rest and relaxation.
Let's begin now this guided meditation called Relaxing with Nature's Colorful Energy.
Let's begin with closing your eyes.
We are going to set the intention to bring various individual colors to us and bond to them to nurture us.
So bringing in first a really deep blue.
It's important that you sense it is extremely powerful and that it is super clean,
Dense and shiny.
Yet it is completely blue.
It takes on a full round shape and big enough to do something special and that is to float down you and your aura as well.
So take a moment and just breathe.
Allow your eyes inside to look up for a second and then at the count of seven it will position ready to float slowly from the top all the way down.

So color deep blue enters the crown,
The head,
Very smoothly and slowly moving down.
The blue color may also take any old things,
Old thoughts,
Old pains with it.
Passing now through the head.
You can breathe into this with a deep blue breath.
Then meeting the shoulders,
Going down the elbows and the hands.
Plus all the back feeling that deep blue moving through it.
The chest and eventually the hips.
Into the bum area,
Getting to the top of the legs now.
And floating rock solid down into the knees.
Continues into the lower legs and making its way to both the feet.
Breathing out at the feet and watch deep blue just disappear.
Ready for the next color.
Allow your eyes inside to look up again for a second.
Getting ready for the next color,
Lime green.
And then at the count of seven it will position ready to float slowly from the top all the way down.

So the color lime green enters the crown,
The head.
And very smoothly and slowly moving down.
This lime green color may also enhance a sense of positivity.
Be it mental,
Emotional or physical.
Passing through the head.
You can breathe into this with a lime green breath.
Then meeting the shoulders.
Going down the elbows.
And the hands.
Plus all the back feeling that lime green moving through it.
The chest and eventually the hips.
Into the bum area and getting to the top of the legs now.
And floating rock solid down to the knees.
Continues into the lower legs and making its way to both the feet.
Breathe out at the feet and watch lime green disappear.
And now we will do one more.
But here is the opportunity to pick a desired color.
Which color do you feel is good for you now?
And if you can't decide,
Just pick white,
The master color.

And floating solid down into the knees.
Continues into the lower legs.
And making its way to both the feet.
Breathe out at the feet.
And watch the color just disappear.
