Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called Relax at Bedtime and begin this important part of life,
A room that is meant to be calm with an air of peace.
Please sit on the bed for a moment with the intention to give each foot a minute massage as we connect to the feeling grateful.
So for one minute begin please now to rub one foot and recap what went right today.
This includes the small stuff and the new stuff.
Gentle massage and gently connecting to gratitudes.
Then one minute to now please rub the other foot.
Think of as many things you'd like to happen whilst rubbing and massaging the foot.
Remember the universe will bring things the best way they can for you,
So enjoy this moment.
And ready for bed now.
It's good to fluff the pillow a little so your head will become more comfortable and as you do this we then need to stop thinking and tell ourselves to relax the body and mind for sleep.
Now as you lay inside the bed check in with all the body if it needs help relaxing.
So focus on the legs and a quick tense and a full release of the legs.
Then tense the whole abdomen breathing into it and release it.
Then tense the arms and shoulders and hands and then release.
Stretch your face like yawning and then relax the face.
It's time to also get into your favorite comfortable position and closing your eyes.

Breathing so relaxed into you.
Life is a journey and the inner child is part of it too and then invite your inner child to do what they do best and shine like a little star.
This inner child of you possesses great star quality to infuse playtime and the wonder of this whole world around you.
Their laughter is always greater than an adult.
Their smiles were always enchanted as they explored and although they didn't so much learn to be stressed but knew only the love and joy of living.
All sorts of wonderful gifts of that inner child of you were fully on show.
These gifts are still within you and it is a wonderful teamwork to be together with you now.
The harmony of work and play.
This relationship of work and play and humor when we can stop and laugh at the funny side of everything.
Their natural love of animals,
The nature explorer and anything that in a way was new.
Look to this inner child like a star at bedtime.
Maybe in a way you were always that star born on earth and that the nightly bedtime is a reminder connecting to the sky of stars.
We can learn to live in their world,
Be spontaneous,
Be comforted when needed and treasure what we already have and always be excited of the new things that each new day unfolds.
Now see both of you looking up to the sky of stars.
Feel their presence,
Their power,
Beauty and sparkle.
That cosmic connection through life's journey and looking for two white clouds drifting amongst the starry sky.
A large white cloud with a small white cloud and just know they represent you both and your journey and your intentions.
That each great moment makes a great life.
Breathing into inner peace before you deeply fall asleep with the intention that tomorrow will bring a great day that is work and is play.
So right now relax into comfort.
