Allow your eyes to comfortably close,
And breathe out in a long sigh,
Down the full length of your body.
As you do so,
Bring your awareness down to where the weight of your body rests on the surface directly beneath it.
So render your body's weight to its support.
Notice the support is steady.
Notice it is there for you now.
Sit back onto the steadiness.
Breathe down to the steadiness.
Breathe up from the steadiness.
Let it steady you.
In your own time,
Become aware of the sensation as air enters your nostrils,
Fills them,
Goes deeper,
And leaves.
Notice the movements your body makes as you breathe.
The expansion of the in,
The release of the out.
Notice you are breathing in from the space around you,
And out into it.
Allow your breath to begin to slow and lengthen.
Let it settle into its own rhythm.
As your breath ebbs and flows,
Draw yourself back from where you lie scattered.
Back home to this moment here.
Become aware of the space around you.
Notice there's an in front of you,
A behind you,
And either side of you.
Notice the play of light and shade through your closed eyelids.
Notice the tapestry of sounds.
And sensations.
Let it all be there.
Sense out further,
To the horizon stretching all the way around you,
Into the distance and beyond.
The height of sky above.
Let it all be there.
In your own time,
Become aware of the air touching your face and body.
And the movements of your breath.
Let it back some more into your body's weight.
Onto the steadiness beneath you.
When you are ready,
Move your awareness up to your crown,
At the top of your head.
As you do so,
Allow yourself to imagine a beautiful ray of healing,
White light,
Gently beaming down from above you.
Connecting your crown at the top of your head with your root at the base of your spine.
A beam of pure healing energy running down through you.
In your own time,
Allow the beam of light to travel down further and anchor itself deep in the ground immediately beneath you.
Sense the healing beam flowing down from an infinite source of light of the highest vibration way above you.
Down through your body,
Deep into the ground below.
Allow the beam to widen in its own time.
Let it recharge you.
Revitalize you.
And activate your body's innate power to restore and rebalance itself.
Allow the beam of light to bathe the full length of your body,
Right down to your feet.
Healing.
Soothing.
Energizing.
All of your inner energy again flows out of you.
When you are ready,
Let the healing light bathe the outside of your body.
A wide,
Beautiful beam of healing light,
Flowing down over your shoulders and chest,
Bathing the front of you.
The back of you.
And either side of you.
Warming.
Empowering.
Protecting you.
Allow the healing energies of the white light to expand into your energy field.
All the way around you.
Clearing.
Nourishing.
Strengthening your aura.
Enough to empty you of your energy.

Slowly let the beam of light go,
And sit back into where the weight of your body rests on the surface directly beneath it.
