
Stepping Back From Everything

Step back from everything to see the bigger picture with this short, mindfulness-based meditation. When times are challenging or we feel overwhelmed or under pressure, it's important that we take time to pause, breathe out, ground ourselves, and step back from things. This enables us to gain a clearer perspective and move forward from a centered, steady place within ourselves. This meditation combines mindfulness, grounding, breath awareness and self-compassion.
