And breathe out.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Become aware of the weight of your body being supported by the surface beneath it.
And let your arms and hands begin to soften.
Let your belly soften.
Sense down to the surface beneath you.
And give more of your body's weight to its support.
As you do so,
Surrender what your body's brought with it here.
Let it flow out,
Down and away.
Down into the ground below.
Breathe right down to the ground.
Down to the solid foundation beneath you.
Notice it's just there.
Steady.
Solid.
Quietly there for you.
Supporting you in this moment.
And let the ground earth you.
Let it steady you.
Sense the power of the earth.
And begin to draw its energy up on your breath.
Up into your body.
Up into your mind.
Feeling you from top to toe with the quiet power of the earth.
Allow the steady energy of the earth to just be there.
There in your legs and feet.
In your back.
Chest.
And belly.
Your shoulders.
Arms and hands.
There in your mind.
There deep in your core.
Let it just be there within you.
In your own time.
Notice how your body,
The surface beneath you and the ground form one,
Deady whole.
One with the steadiness of ground.
