Allow your eyes to comfortably close.

As you do so,

Sit back and soften.

Calm down to meet the steadiness beneath your body.

Draw yourself back to your centre.

And breathe out what's ready to be released.

Give yourself permission to rest in this moment here.

Put down the stuff you've been carrying.

Lighten your load.

Let it flow out of you,

Down to the ground below.

Sit back some more.

As you do so,

Come down into the ebb and flow of your breath.

The expansion of the in-breath.

The release of the out-breath.

Notice that you are breathing in from somewhere.

And out again into somewhere.

Become aware there's an in front of you.

A behind you.

An either side of you.

An above you.

And below you.

Let it all be there.

Sense out to the space outside.

Stretching to the horizons and beyond.

You can breathe from this larger space if you like.

Breathe from the furthest horizon.

As you sit back onto steadiness.

Letting your breath release in layers what it's ready to let go of.

Let everything be just as it is.

Without judging or attaching to anything.

Allow thoughts to pass by.

As you rest in the breath's ebb and flow.

Sit back onto steadiness.

Breathe with spaciousness.

And allow the moment to unfold.

As you sit back on the steadiness beneath you.

Notice it's here.

For you.

Now.

In this moment.

Let the softness of the gentle air on your cheek.

Be here for you too.

Allow yourself to be supported and held a while.

Letting your breath release in layers what it's ready to let go.

Softening your attitude to yourself.

In this moment.

Here.

Allow loving kindness in.

Let it surround you.

Breathe the loving kindness in and out.

And say the words silently or out loud.

I am enough.

Allow the essence of the words to bathe your body.

I am enough.

As your breath ebbs and flows.

Say the words.

Just this much is enough.

Just this much.

I am supported.

I am loved.

I am on my healing journey.

I have all the time I need.

All the time I need.

Everything is unfolding as it should.

All is well.

All will be well.

Let the essence of the words bathe every aspect of you.

Gently notice what happens when you affirm yourself.

And in your own time you can draw this meditation to a close.
