Let the support beneath you take your weight.

Allow yourself to soften and sit back into the present moment.

And say out loud or silently,

I have all the time I need.

Let the energy of the words space and surround you.

Breathe them into your core.

Let I have all the time I need spread to every cell in your body,

Every atom of your being.

Let I have all the time I need spread to every cell in your being,

Every atom of your being.

When you are ready,

Say,

I allow myself to go with the flow.

Breathe them into your core.
