Lily Walther

Lily is a yoga and meditation teacher with a background in neuroscience. She has certificates in yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, trauma-informed yoga, and breathwork. She guides gentle practices that invite you to soften, slow down, and rest. Her hope is to hold a tender space where you can return to yourself and remember the peace that’s always been within you.
