Her teaching techniques can meet various needs such as wanting to increase resilience, flexibility, concentration, reduce stress & optimize overall well-being. She likes to incorporate grounding movements, meditation, & mindful self-compassion practices in her classes too. Lily's overall goal is to create an inclusive space for all abilities. Enjoy a variety of meditation and pranayama practices that focus on not striving for the perfect pose, but rather exploring how the body works, quieting the mind, & enhancing overall well-being. She can adapt the practice to fit your needs in a group or private instruction.
