
Understanding The Levels Of Energy Scale

In this talk, I go over the scale of human consciousness taken from the book Levels of Energy by Frederick Dodson. Understanding the concepts in this book (and audio) can help you increase your personal vibration and frequency. In addition, this emotional scale can help you monitor and audit the types of influences in your life (people, places, music, hobbies, etc.) to see whether they are beneficial or harmful to your life.

Hey,
This is Eshar and in today's talk,
What I want to go over is a great book called The Levels of Energy by Fredrick Dodson.
And in this book,
The author Fred describes levels of energy or scales of energy.
And if you're new to concepts such as frequency or energy and you're wondering what the heck this is all about,
I'll give you a brief recap about what it's all about and then I'll be going over the book itself and the scale of energy as well.
So speaking of energy,
Energy is all around us and energy moves or operates at a certain frequency or speed.
So we can understand this when we look at a radio wave,
For example,
Which moves at a slower rate compared to an x-ray or a gamma wave,
Which moves at a lot faster rate.
Likewise,
We can take the same analogy and move it over to understanding human emotions.
So our emotions also operate at a certain frequency or rate.
And you may have noticed that there are certain people that seem to always attract abundance and their life seems to be always going up and up and they seem to be very joyous and they get more great opportunities their way.
Likewise,
You may have also noticed people that are constantly suffering and they're constantly complaining and their life seems to be very bleak and they always have different unfavorable situations mirrored to them.
And some of this,
Part of this can be explained by understanding scales of energy because like energy attracts like energy.
So basically with this premise of this whole book and the scales of energy is that you can understand where a person is or a certain situation in terms of the scale of energy and you'll also notice that that one event or that particular energy that a person or an environment is giving out will tend to attract like-minded people or like-minded energies to that.
So that's how this whole scale works.
Now this whole concept of understanding human emotions and the scale of energy isn't a new concept.
So there are other models out there such as David Hawkins' scale of energy and then we also have the yoga system,
So if you study yoga you have the chakras and that also talks about this a bit as well.
But I really like Fred Dodson's work because he puts in a level of detail into it that other scales don't really go into.
So that's why I'll be talking about his scale in particular.
Now before going into the scale into detail I want to go over some things just to clarify things and clear up any confusion.
So the first major thing is don't take the points or the numbers that he assigns to each emotion too literally.
So what Fred does is that he's used a scale from 0 to 1000 and all human emotions and different experiences fall within that scale of 0 to 1000.
So it's really meant to be as a guide so you can really understand like where,
What level you're at and then what you need to do to improve that or figure out where you want to go energy wise.
But it's not to be taken so literally.
So for example you may experience certain emotions that may be in the vicinity of a particular emotion but you don't have to be caught up about your specific number or whatever it is on the scale.
So for example if you experience a lot of anger in your life which is according to him a level 160 energy,
You may also experience things like pride or arrogance which is level 190.
So 190 is a bit above 160.
So you're not completely locked into that one energy.
But know that you can fluctuate between a certain range.
So yes if you're 160 you may experience 190 but experiencing unconditional love which is 550 which is 400 points higher may be slightly out of grasp or out of reach.
And that's something to keep in mind about the scale is that within a certain frequency or a certain range you'll tend to stay within that and block out everything else that's not within your reality.
So it's kind of crazy to think about.
So you might even have like a great book that would completely change your life but if your energy level is too low or too high you may not even see it.
It might be right in front of you but you won't even pay any attention to it.
And that's kind of like how the system works because you'll notice that a certain group of people in a certain neighborhood will tend to enjoy certain things or a person with a certain mindset will you know only focus on these specific things and block out everything else.
And this is what the energy levels really describe is why that happens.
It's because you're occupying a certain range and it's because of that you'll kind of tune everything else out.
And the scale only measures your predominant energy or something that you come back to the most often.
So it doesn't mean that you'll never experience any other emotions that is not within your range such as like happiness or humor or bliss or anything like that because a lot of people experience that.
But if you tend to be constantly focused on something a lot that will tend to be where your energy level falls.
And this is what the whole scale measures is your predominant energy.
And being in a certain energy level predominantly so what you continually focus on will shape your reality so you'll tend to focus on certain things and then block out other things.
So it's a common trend that you've probably noticed by now.
And then the last point I'd like to bring up before going over the scale and depth is that higher energy isn't always necessary or even good for you.
So think of it more so that there are certain energies that are appropriate and certain energies that are inappropriate.
So nothing is good or bad rather it's relative.
So it just depends on where you're coming from.
And each range of emotions has its own unique perspectives and things they value and all of that.
So when you're working with a certain energy level so if you notice a certain business or a certain person is operating off a certain energy level that they're emitting most often you want to try to see if you can match that rather than go too high or too low.
A good example of this is if you're trying to run a business you want to tap into the upper mid levels of energy.
So this would be levels 380 to high 400s.
Now if you're too low in energy so you're constantly in fear or anger all the time your energy is a bit too low and you won't have enough personal power to start a business and there's other things that maybe involve such a responsibility and persistence and these are good examples of mid-level energies.
But if you're coming from a very low place well you're not going to have that in place so you'll be unsuccessful.
At the same time if your energy levels are too high you're not going to do good either because you'll be so blissed out and so content on the inside that there's really no drive for you to work on your business.
So you might have noticed this like if you've ever gone to like a long meditation retreat and you're super blissed out and peaceful the last thing you want to do is fill out an invoice or file some taxes.
So the main point I like to make is that you want to work with the energies and what is appropriate for that energy.
So you've got to figure out and make the scale work for you rather than constantly trying to ascend because if you're too blissed out then you won't have any reason to work on certain things and do day to day tasks.
Now moving on to the scale of energy I'll be breaking up the scale into three categories.
So number one you have the low levels of energy,
The mid levels of energy and then also the high levels of energy.
And specifically I'll be going over the characteristics of each category and then also be going over the specific numbers involved as well.
So going over the very low levels of energy.
This is where you're very disconnected from source energy or life itself.
So you can kind of think of it like an ocean.
The top parts of an ocean tend to be very bright because you can see the sunlight coming and peering into the water.
So it's very light right?
But then as you sink down and go towards the bottom of the ocean,
So if you've ever gone and seen these different videos of the ocean beds and how it's very dark,
That's kind of like that where there's literally no light,
There's an absence of light.
In the same manner people in different environments that are operating from very low levels of energy tend to be very disconnected from life itself.
So there's a lot of separation,
A lot of ego,
A lot of battle and turmoil because they are so disconnected with life itself and the naturalness of life.
Now in these stages you tend to not have much personal energy and the general rule of thumb is like the less energy that you have internally,
The more you try to seek out from the external environment.
And this is especially true if you're in very low levels of energy where you just constantly need more otherwise you just don't feel alive.
And the conference is also true because you notice that people who are very happy just naturally they seem to not want many things to be happy.
So they just seem to be very content with what they have internally and what they have in life so they don't need much from the external environment.
With the very low levels of energy they constantly need more and this is where they'll tend to channel it into destructive methods such as doing drugs or alcohol or whatever it is.
And in especially very very low levels,
This is where,
And this is from the points of like level 30 to 100 or even lower than that,
This is where when you're trying to work with someone who's at this level it's very hard to get them to come up.
And this is because the whole personal development route doesn't really work,
It's because they just don't have enough energy,
They can't pull themselves out or get inspired to work on themselves or anything like that.
So they just feel so dejected because of life that they just have no personal will to push forward.
And this is why a lot of love and care is needed.
So if you know someone at these very low levels then they need a lot of compassion and care in order to ascend before even trying any kind of personal development.
So they need that help.
And in these low levels you tend to be very focused with the past and you'll see this quite often.
A good example of seeing very low levels of energy is watching the show called Intervention.
And this follows around people who are very heavily into drugs and they are in very low points in their lives,
They're constantly abusing different substances and they're always paranoid and they don't have enough energy and they're always fighting someone and just ruining their lives and they're close to death really.
So in these levels it's very low energy and you can clearly see that they have a lot of these traits in common.
Now if you're watching this talk you probably aren't in the very very very low levels habitually but it is possible to tap into these pockets from time to time.
So starting off with the lowest energy level,
This is a level 30,
This would be guilt,
Shame,
Psychosis,
Humiliation,
Hatred.
So very low levels where you're so disconnected from life that you just don't really feel confident in yourselves,
You're constantly blaming things around you,
You're humiliated,
It's such a dark place to be in.
And unfortunately when I was watching this show I could see a lot of people like that on this TV show Intervention where they had a lot of guilt and shame and they were constantly focused on the past and how people wronged them and they can't change their lives.
So you can clearly see their focus is on the past and how everything in life is against them and there seems to be no hope in life,
So they have lost all hope.
Now the next level up,
Which is level 50,
Is apathy.
So you have apathy,
Despair,
Depression,
Hopelessness,
These kinds of emotions.
So you've kind of suppressed all your emotions where you don't really feel much.
So this is a very grey place where you just don't feel a lot of emotions,
You're just like ugh,
Life has just become very numb.
And the way to ascend or go up in the level is actually to express your emotions.
So level 80,
According to Fred Dodson,
Is when you express grief or sorrow or self pity.
So the next step up is actually expressing your emotions,
So you're getting rid of all these stored emotions that you have.
So if you're ever dealing with someone who is very very low in these emotions and they don't feel,
They feel very numb all the time,
A path to growing is actually helping them express themselves.
So this can involve a lot of crying and hugging and a lot of personal touch and care and this can,
Usually that's provided by social work,
But if you can help them out in this manner where you can provide that assistance,
You can help them grow in that aspect.
Now once you've got them to express their hidden emotions and dark things that they're hiding away,
Then you'll get to a place of level 100.
And this is where you tend to experience fear,
Worry,
Shyness,
Inferiority,
Paranoia.
So these are some of the emotions there.
Now you would think these are still bad emotions,
Right?
But it's actually a step up from the previous ones because what you're now doing is going from a place where you didn't feel anything at all to now having a certain idea or direction of where you want to go.
Now fear is you are focusing on what you don't want,
Right?
Or if you're focusing on worry or shyness,
It's like you have an intention there.
So you actually have direction.
You've now stated what you want,
But you're not very clear all the way.
So whereas before you didn't feel anything at all,
You had no wants,
You had no desires,
You didn't really care if you were here,
Now you're like,
Okay,
I actually want to do this,
But I'm scared.
That's a good step because you are now showing that you have some kind of interest or direction towards something.
So there is kind of like that forward-moving momentum.
And then you have level 120 energy,
Which is a bit above that,
Which is like craving and neediness and compulsion,
Unfulfilled desire.
And this is actually kind of powerful because you're,
Again,
Going forward to that forward-moving energy.
And what makes this a bit different is that people who are at a 120 energy actually will go out there and try to seek out whatever they want.
Of course,
This is usually coming from a bad place,
So they want to seek vices and things,
But they do actually go after what they want compared to level 100,
Who doesn't do anything about it,
Who's kind of trapped in their own self.
And above 120,
You have emotions such as anger,
Domination,
Aggression,
And coldness.
So this is level 160.
And I'll also group up the next ones as part of this.
So after 160,
You have 180,
Which is antagonism,
Criticism,
Discontent,
Complaint,
And blame,
And then 190,
Which would be pride,
Superiority,
And arrogance.
So with these emotions,
190,
180,
And 160,
This is anger.
You're actually expressing outwards.
Now it's funny because with these emotions,
You would often think anger is very bad,
Right?
And people think it's low vibration energy,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah.
But anger in this context is actually very good for someone who's very low in energy,
Because before you just had no personal power.
And what anger does is that it provides a certain direction,
And now you're actually having your own will out there.
So this emotion can actually be helpful for a lot of people who have been very timid for life,
Their whole lives,
Had a lot of grief and shame.
And now they're angry.
They want to do something about it.
And this is actually very empowering for people who are very low on their energy level,
Because now they have the personal power to push,
Whereas before they didn't even try.
They're like,
I'm going to give up.
Now they're angry about something,
So they can push.
Now anger isn't great if you're higher in the emotions,
Because it's actually a downgrade.
But for people who are very low in energy,
This can actually be a breakthrough.
It depends.
Again,
This scale of energy is context dependent.
It matters on where you were coming from before.
And another note about these emotions such as anger and superiority and bossing other people around.
In the low levels of energy,
These levels are actually the highest.
So this is why you might have noticed that if you've ever seen prison TV shows or gone to a place that isn't too nice,
They tend to value toughness and strength and being the top dog and bossing other people over and having a one-up over the next person.
And the reason why is that in these states,
You have a lot of personal power,
Or at least you think you do,
Compared to the other levels below it.
So being a bully is actually a higher state than the lower levels.
But past the low levels of energy,
When you look at someone who's a bully or trying to boss other people around,
You kind of laugh at that because you realize that's not actual true power.
But when you're just looking from that low level perspective,
This energy seems to be powerful because if you look at the energy levels below that,
It's when you don't have much power because you're feeling shame or guilt or fear.
So when people who are at very low levels of energy look up to these people with higher energy levels,
And this is the anger and superiority,
They kind of look up to them and they're like,
Wow,
I want to be like that.
But it's very obvious for people who are in the mid levels or high energy levels to really see that this is actually something I really want.
But it can be helpful for people who are at low levels of energy to really tap into the anger and see how they can actually change their lives.
So once you've gone through the stages of anger and superiority on a habitual level,
And everyone will kind of go through that stage before going up to the mid levels of energy,
This is where your life becomes kind of normal.
So you've now entered the mid levels of energy.
And there's some characteristics as far as mid level of energies and some things you'll notice that you may not see in the low levels of energy and also high levels of energy.
So when you start to enter the mid levels of energy,
And this,
According to Fred Dodson,
Is level 200,
And 200 marks a point in which you start to go from the low levels to now the mid levels.
So 200 is a point of contentment and stability.
So whereas before you were always worrying about things like finances or putting a roof over your head or handling your basic needs,
Once you've already handled that and you've kind of gotten the grasp of that,
Your life actually becomes routine.
And this is actually what you need the most if you're coming from a place that is very chaotic.
You know,
A lot of fighting or drama or all that stuff.
The thing that you actually need is some stability.
So instead of like trying to like shoot up there and you know,
Go for spiritual enlightenment,
Why not,
And if your apartment's a mess and your life's a mess,
Why not get a good job and clean up your apartment?
That'll actually do more for you than trying to shoot for very high levels of spirituality.
So you do need to kind of work on the scales of energy in a systematic way.
So 200 is like the point of like stability and orderliness.
And this is actually what a lot of people would need.
And when you are in the lower levels of the mid-levels of energy,
So these are like 200,
250,
300,
You'll tend to live life vicariously through other people.
So this is where a lot of people look up to different idols and movie stars and they're like I wish I had that person's life.
This is because they don't have enough personal power yet to go out and get those things.
So instead what they do is they prefer to watch other people do it on TV or whatever the case is.
So the path to growth for a lot of people who are at the lower levels of this mid-level of energy is to actually gain more personal power and spend more time working on their dreams.
So you want to be a hero of your own journey rather than following other people.
So one good way to kind of access or tap into this quality is to see how much time you spend consuming content compared to creating content.
Why not be a creator of your own content?
And then also this can also be a stage where you're doing more,
So the emphasis is more on personal achievement and actually taking your energy that you now have and putting it to work.
Whereas before in the very low levels of energy,
You don't have that much energy,
You're constantly focused on what you have,
What you don't have,
What the other person over there has,
What you don't have.
Now with the mid-levels of energy,
You do have enough energy in place where you can now go after things.
So what is characteristic of the mid-levels of energy is now about personal action and movement.
So you're moving towards a goal.
And this can be very helpful because if you didn't have any goals or anything before,
Now you're able to set a course and go after that.
So this is very healthy for a lot of people.
And this is where you're focused mostly on yourself at these levels,
The mid-levels of energy.
And also some of your energy is now placed in other people,
In the world,
In the community around you.
But not much.
So you just have enough energy to focus on yourself and then also help other people.
So maybe as a business or a coach or whatever it is.
So at level 200,
This marks the lowest levels of the mid-levels of energy,
Kind of like the tipping point between low-levels and mid-levels.
So again this is where you experience contentment,
Routine,
Functionality and you may experience boredom so your life is just functional,
Very routine.
It's kind of like going to Starbucks and getting a coffee.
There's a lot of people that work at Starbucks,
Kind of be at this level of 200 where they'll give you coffee and you're like,
Okay thank you,
Come again,
Blah blah blah,
And they just go to the next person.
Now if the barista had a very big smile and they're like,
Oh thank you for coming,
And they shared a lot of passion and genuine care,
Then this would actually mark that this person would be at a higher level,
Like 300.
But if they're just giving you the coffee and they're like,
Here you go,
And they just go to the next person,
It's probably around 200.
So just mere functionality,
You just get things done,
Whatever.
Now once you've kind of worked on stability and you want to focus on yourself,
Then you'll start to get into level 275 and this marks courage,
Fun,
Eagerness,
Going after things,
Trying new things out.
So this is where you'll see a lot of people at a busy club area in your neighborhood,
In your city,
Where you'll see the level 275 person wear a flashy jacket and they're constantly flirting with another person or doing extreme things like skydiving or bungee jumping.
They're constantly living at the edge.
So this marks a stage where you're now kind of going after things and you're meeting your fears head on.
So this is obviously much higher energy than not having enough energy or just routine.
However,
For people who are like in 300s,
They look at people in their 275s and they're like,
Well,
This is great.
Do you have the energy to go after things?
But do you really need to constantly break free and constantly push yourself like all the time?
Because I've known a lot of people like that who are very intense and they're constantly doing risky things.
But at the end of the day,
It's like,
Okay,
Well,
What are you trying to prove?
And this is why once you've kind of stabilized in this area of 275,
You're then now ready for the 300s.
And 300s is where you can now extend some kindness,
Some care,
Compassion,
Optimism.
It's very optimistic and focused on activity.
So it's kind of like a go,
Go,
Go,
Go getter kind of mentality.
It's very helpful because you're now tapping into the quality of heart based practices where you're compassionate and kind,
But it's not as high as the 500s.
So you're just tapping into this.
This would be someone at your company who was very friendly and very cheerful,
Always bringing other people up.
It's a pretty good energy for a lot of people.
And then once you've handled this,
And then you can now go into the next level,
Which is a level 400.
So 400 is where you're now able to focus your attention because before you'd only have enough energy to focus on one task and then you kind of get distracted or whatever.
But with 400,
You constantly practice things like concentration,
Attention,
Focused attention.
And this is where a lot of people become very successful.
It's because they tap into this energy of 400 quite often.
So if you're able to focus your attention on one particular subject over and over again,
You'll develop mastery and as a result you'll develop a lot of success in your life because you're tapping into this quality of attention and focus.
And one way to do this is maybe practice a martial art or meditation or anything that allows you to concentrate on one thing at one time.
And then the highest level of the mid levels of energy would be the 450.
And this would be intelligence,
Knowledge,
And reason.
So using your thinking mind.
So a lot of great scientists are in this area where they can focus on their,
You know,
Going further past the folks attention and going into logic,
Understanding things,
Study.
And 400 is where this is at.
And as I was saying earlier,
If you want to be very successful in life,
You want to hang around in this area of the high 400s or even high 300s because this is what is needed,
These qualities are needed for success.
So obviously you want to be persistent,
You want to be focused.
You want to be going after things and focus on money.
So these are all part of the mid levels of energy where you're doing things,
You're being very focused,
You're kind,
You're compassionate,
You're kind of go-getter,
Optimistic.
So if you go to any major city you'll see a lot of people in these mid levels of energy where they're hustlers or very ambitious.
So these people will tend to fall in this quality,
Go-getters,
Right?
And these would be mid levels of energy people.
So this is very helpful and much higher energy than low levels.
So whereas before we were talking about people who didn't have enough energy to even wake up in the morning or go after their goals,
This seems to be much much higher,
Right?
And this is what you can find in a lot of nicer upscale neighborhoods and areas.
However this is the end goal.
So though this energy marks a lot of achievement and personal responsibility,
There is still another step.
And this is where you start to get into the high levels of energy.
So what marks the high levels of energy?
This is where you start to become more connected with life,
Source energy,
You have an appreciation for life all around you,
And there's a reverence for life.
So in this levels of energy,
This stage,
This category,
You'll experience a lot of synchronicities,
Things become non-linear and magical.
So this is where you'll notice a lot of people get lucky for no reason.
Constantly you seem to be met with a lot of success and fortune for no reason.
This is because when your energy becomes very high,
You're tapped into life itself.
You are life.
So there's,
I mean why wouldn't you get good things in life?
Because you're part of it.
There's no separation between you and other people or any other thing around you.
So you are part of life.
And when you treat others and you're very radiant and expressing love out there,
You'll tend to get it back.
So a lot of great things will happen in these fields,
A lot of high energy things,
A lot of healing occurs in this field where people will actually pay money to go see someone like Ama the Hugging Saint or the Dalai Lama who just sits there and their presence alone can heal.
So this is the power of high levels of energy where if you can get your energy to this level,
This is where a lot of healing occurs and a lot of peace and a lot of the spiritual stuff that you read about all happens within this range.
Now this range isn't good if you want to get your business started or if you're trying to work on something,
But it is good for experiencing bliss and happiness in the body.
So it is very good for a lot of people to experience.
So when you have levels,
The starting point of this is level 475 and that's joy and creativity.
So doing what you love,
Being very creative and tapping into this quality of intuition which I'll talk to you about in a bit,
This is where you can start to tap into this.
So if you've already handled your day to day finances and you have a job and the mid levels of energy and you have a stable job and everything's going good,
Why not then start to tap into your own creative work?
So what are you here on this earth to do?
And if you're coming from a very low energy place,
You're not even thinking about that,
You're just thinking about survival and if you're in the middle levels of energy,
You're just like okay let me just stabilize myself first.
But when you're in the high levels of energy,
You can start to think about that because in high states and when you're very connected with life,
You're able to tap into this quality where you can tune into higher things like intuition,
Creativity,
Joy and a lot of great pieces of art,
Music,
All that stuff comes from these high levels.
So level 505 is beauty,
Creativity,
Imagination,
So again it's repeated but you'll tend to experience these things where you see beauty all around you.
And this is what you can get to if you practice meditation which can range from like 500 to even 800.
And this is where you start to tap into these higher states.
Then 510 is power,
Initiative and integrity.
So this is the height of success.
So you're able to get things done just because you said you were going to do it.
So things manifest for you very fast and there's less ego attached.
But this kind of is the stopping point in which if you go further and your energy levels ascend even higher,
You have no need for worldly success.
Like why would you even care?
And this is where you'll actually see a lot of like monks like just live in a cabin and they just you know they live a simple life.
They have no need to become famous,
Rich or anything like that.
They're so happy they don't even care.
And this is kind of like their stage they're tapping into.
So you'll find that meeting people in these higher states of energy is actually becoming more rare.
So it is actually quite hard to find someone who lives on that habitually.
Now if you hang out in meditation circles and communities,
It's pretty easy for you to kind of spot these people that constantly radiate in these fields.
But it is possible.
So after you've tapped into 510 which is power,
Initiative and integrity,
Then you tap into love,
Intuition and appreciation,
530.
So you've gone from your thinking mind to now tapping into the heart.
And this is a high level of energy.
So if you can't quite extend compassion and love out to other people unconditionally,
Why not practice conditionally?
So direct love and compassion out to specific individuals and you'll start to become a bit more open to life.
Now if you do that over time,
Then your circle of compassion will start to grow and this is how you tap into this quality.
So after you've hit 530,
Then there's 540 which is humor and happiness,
Then 550 which is unconditional love.
So this is a quality where you just love everyone.
And this is how you live on a daily basis.
So it's kind of crazy how subtle these fields start to become and how rare it becomes where you're constantly living your life from a place of love,
Complete love and compassion to everyone around you,
Plants,
People,
Everything,
Objects.
Then you'll start to hit into 570 which is ecstasy and exaltation.
And then 600 is bliss,
Peace,
Serenity and lightness.
I've firstly experienced these very high states in deep meditation,
But I can only imagine if you live like that all the time that would be amazing.
So a lot of enlightened people will kind of hit these areas and people during meditation treats,
If they sit for 10 days of meditation,
They may hit level 600 of complete bliss,
Peace,
Nothing to do.
You just feel so good,
It feels great all the time.
A lot of people don't tend to stabilize in this,
So it does take a lot of work.
Then you have level 700 which is oneness,
Non-duality,
Vast awareness,
And then 1000 which is infinity and divinity.
According to Fred Dotson,
After 600 people won't really hit that area because once you go past a certain level,
You kind of leave your body or if it's too low,
Below 50,
Closer to even the negatives,
This is where you'll start to get outliers,
Where you're either too high or too low for this earth.
And you can clearly see this when people do some really crazy drugs and low levels of energy and they go past zero,
This is where they're almost possessed by some other entity.
It's so weird to see how they just act so non-human because of their emotional state.
And likewise,
You can see that in the flip side where you have a lot of people that are so high in their vibration that they just leave,
They can't function on this earth.
So Ramana Maharishi is actually one of them where he had this enlightenment experience and he was at such a high vibrational level that he couldn't even handle his physical body so he kind of went from whatever state,
He just jumped right to 800,
1000,
Whatever it was,
And he could barely feed himself.
He had people take care of him because he was just so blissed out,
He had all these physical ailments and this is why when you want to be a functional human being,
You want to understand the scale and don't skip steps so you can know where to go.
So it is very possible for people to skip the mid-levels of energy and go straight to the high levels,
But unfortunately what happens is you're not very grounded,
So you become very spacey and you just forget about things.
So the path to growth is to work on all of them.
So that was my little summary of the scale of energy and the different levels.
Now how to apply this is to understand where you fall in this or what emotions you can't express or what thoughts you are and kind of an understanding of where you are and look at your habits,
Your lifestyle,
All that stuff and you can see where you fall in the scale.
So let's just say you have a pretty chill job and nothing really rocks your boat and you have a few friends you hang out with but there's not much excitement in your life.
So you just go to your work,
You like it,
You don't love it but it gets the job done,
You come home,
You don't really have any other side passions going on,
You just watch TV and you sleep.
Life is good but it's not bad.
Most likely you're probably in the 200s.
So what you can do from there is again tap into your personal vision,
What you want to do in life,
So tapping into the 275s,
300s,
Work on your goals,
Set deadlines,
Blah blah blah,
And then that's one way for you to grow.
Let's say your life is not going well,
You're constantly in suffering,
A lot of grief,
Sadness,
All that stuff,
You may be below a level of 100 or perhaps below 200.
Then you know,
Okay,
What I need to do is actually work on my finances,
Maybe let go of emotions,
Practice letting go,
Let's cry for an hour,
Let me just let things go,
Then maybe once I've done that then I can start to get angry,
Focus on what I want,
What I don't want,
Then start to grow,
Then get a good job,
And then handle my finances,
Get a good social group.
So you can see how to progress wherever you are.
So you can clearly see that certain areas and places around you all have energy and it can either bring you up or bring you down,
Or keep you the same.
So just know and be conscious about how you apply your attention and your energy,
Because that's the most important thing you have in this life.
