Welcome to your habit building meditation.
I'm so honored that you're here with me today and taking the time for you to work on your habit building qualities.
If you haven't found a spot where you can relax and totally be in the present,
Feel free to do so now.
Lie on your back,
Sit in a chair in a comfortable position and allow yourself to ground,
To sit and to feel your connection with the earth.
And to come into the present moment,
We'll do a little reading exercise to deepen your breath and to fully be in the present moment.
If at any point you notice you wonder you're not present anymore,
Come back to your breath and follow my voice.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Two,
Three,
Four and out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
In,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
You've lost deep breathing,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Out,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
It is lost deep breath,
But you fully are present.
You inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Side out.
Inhale and exhale,
Let it all go.
Often we get frustrated with ourselves because we put all this effort,
Goals and desires in place and yet you don't feel able to achieve what you want most.
You plan hell well,
But in the heat of the moment,
You still give in,
You still give up,
You still give in,
You still give up and you don't seem to be able to do it.
This is because change doesn't happen when things are well and what you choose to improve.
Change happens in a tough moment and where you don't feel like improving.
It happens when you're trying to give up,
When you give in,
When you don't stop yourself from snapping,
Getting annoyed.
So let's affirm how we want to feel instead.
So first repeat the affirmations after me.
I am able to achieve what I want most.
I am able to plan well.
I am able to change.
I am able to build new and healthy habits.
I am able to make a difference for myself.
I am able to do whatever it takes to change my life.
I am able to change and bring in conscious new habits.
I am able to change in crucial moments when it really matters.
This is my time to really shine.
This is my time to count all the moments.
I do what is best for myself.
I put my best self into action.
I am proud of how far I've come and I am proud of whatever that is to come.
I am making a big difference.
I am intentionally changing my life.
I make this agreement for myself.
I challenge myself to change for the better.
I challenge myself to move forward anyways.
Show up as my best self.
I am learning to improve my habits.
I am changing my habits right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Like a part of the meditation,
I want you to really feel what it feels like to make the changes in those crucial moments.
In those moments where you feel like giving in and eat that bar of chocolate.
In those crucial moments where you feel like giving up on that exercise,
On applying for your new job.
In those crucial moments where you are about to step to someone but instead you choose to act,
Think and behave differently.
How does it feel when you are able to stop yourself and continue with what you affirmed and intended before?
How does it feel like when you show up as your best self?
What does it feel like when you consciously break that pattern?
What should you do?
Would you go for a salad or a juice instead?
Would you at least apply for one job?
Would you consider how the other person is feeling and bring more love and compassion and kindness into your conversations?
You are able to make this change.
You are able to stop yourself the next time and make a new change,
Create a new habit.
And the more you do this for yourself,
The more noticeable change you will experience over time.
You will work like a charm.
You can also ask yourself how you can show up as your best self right now.
What would that look like?
What is one step that you need to take to make a change in that direction?
What do you actually mean versus to what you think you need?
And what would make your best self the most happy?
Take your time to think about these differences,
These questions and all the answers that arise.
After the meditation,
You can also journal about these questions.
Now,
Let's go back into the present moment.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Make all your toes and fingers and come back to the present moment.
You have now prepped and propped your brain and your self to act,
Think and behave as your best intention yourself,
To be aligned with the heavens that you want to create.
And with that,
You are able to go through the rest of your day as your best self.
