Life Recipe 81 Awareness Meditation Let us now turn within.

Sit in an upright,

Symmetrical,

Comfortable position and close your eyes.

Allow your body to relax by rolling your shoulders,

Rolling your neck,

And resting your hands in a comfortable position on your lap.

Allow yourself to become completely still and begin to notice your breath,

The air moving,

Flowing in and out.

Close your mouth and breathe in through your nose and out through your nose if you can.

Notice how your breath occurs naturally without you having to do a thing.

This is presence.

This is an energy.

This is oneness.

In practice,

You can connect this awareness and oneness more easily.

Thoughts may occur.

Feelings in your body,

Emotions you may feel,

And this is natural.

Allow these to be without push or pull.

Keep refocusing and returning to the feeling of the air moving in and out.

Allow this substance of energy within you to fill each part of your body with the love,

Light,

And flow that it is.

Allow it to grace the top of your head,

Down your face,

Eyes,

Ears,

Mouth,

And nose,

Into your neck,

Your shoulders,

Down your arms to your fingers.

Feel that energy filling you up with light,

Love,

And grace into your heart center where it flows out,

Reaching down your torso,

Legs,

And down into your toes.

At any time,

You can return your awareness to your breath so you can reconnect to what is,

To this moment.

You're bringing awareness in to the divinity of God that's within you.

You're aligning with that energy and life and love,

The unique expression that is you.

Allowing it to bring you healing,

Comfort,

And love to your entire being.

You're aligning with the one mind presence,

And this awareness is your gift to the world.

You are light and darkness,

Oceans and land,

Love and healing,

Forgiveness and understanding,

Teacher and student.

You are this oneness.

In the quiet,

I feel and connect to this divine love that moves through.

Allowing this energy to envelop you,

We enter into the quiet.

The quiet helps us reconnect and replenish with this I am oneness,

Filling you with the spirit of God,

Illumining your mind,

Your heart,

And increasing your awareness of what is,

Of truth,

Of love.

I rest in the realization that God energizes my mind,

My body,

And helps me grow awareness in divine love that I see in myself and in others.

Knowing and trusting this moment is one for connection,

For love,

To create experiences that help me grow and choose light.

Today I choose love.

Today I give the gift of listening to those I am in contact with.

Today I bring forgiveness,

Understanding,

And compassion when I am puzzled.

Today I choose to comprehend instead of judge.

Today I choose to pause,

Focus on my breath,

And respond from my heart,

From love,

From my essence that is God.

I am light.

I am love.

I am oneness.

This awareness is a gift to me and to everyone I come in contact with today.

With this,

I begin to bring attention back to this room,

The space that I am in.

I begin to wiggle my toes,

Wiggle my fingers,

And feel the sensations in my body as I open my eyes,

Noticing the colors in the room.

Albert Einstein says,

We can see everything as a miracle.

The awareness of this is a gift.

My light is a gift.

This moment is precious,

A divine opportunity to express the love that I am and bring light.

Today I choose to bring the light.
