Explore MeditationSimon is currently in his third year of training to become a life consultant and is actively working toward his complex trauma certification. His path into this work has been shaped by his own healing journey, and he is passionate about sharing the transformative tools and concepts that have profoundly impacted his life. With a background in clinical research, Simon integrates evidence-based methods into his approach to support others in their growth and healing. In addition to his ongoing training, he holds certifications in meditation teaching and has an academic background in Biomedical Engineering (B.S., 2006; M.S., 2010). Simon believes that true healing comes from within. His work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space free from expectations or agendas. He does not aim to “fix” anyone; instead, he supports individuals in navigating life in a new way—honoring their unique process and encouraging self-compassion and autonomy. Key elements of Simon’s approach include: •Repairing the relationship with oneself by cultivating safety, compassion, and acceptance •Building emotional resilience through practices such as mindfulness and somatic regulation •Understanding personal triggers and developing awareness around responses like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn •Connecting with the authentic self to voice unmet needs and deepen self-awareness •Fostering healthy relationships by enhancing communication, validation, and emotional clarity
