Gently closing down your eyes,
Bringing your awareness inwards.
Bringing yourself into this space by gently deepening your breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Feel your belly rise,
Exhale slowly,
Deeply,
And completely.
Another slow breath in,
And a longer breath out.
Just notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Notice the sensation of your breath going in and out through your nostrils.
Allow the rate of your breathing to gradually soften by extending the breath out,
Using no effort at all as your body starts to relax.
And now I invite you to create a picture in your mind of a place where you can completely relax.
We can call this your peaceful,
Happy place.
Just take a moment to imagine what this place needs to be like in order for you to feel safe,
Grounded,
Calm,
And relaxed.
Working with the physical layout of the place you are imagining,
Where is this peaceful place?
You might imagine somewhere outdoors or indoors.
It might be a small and cozy place,
Or a big and expansive space.
See if you can picture some more details of your peaceful,
Happy place.
Who is in this place?
Are you alone or with someone else?
Are there other people present,
Or maybe pets,
Maybe wildlife?
Focus now on the relaxing sounds around you in your peaceful,
Happy place.
Imagine any tastes or smells around you in your peaceful,
Happy place.
Bring awareness to the sensations of touch,
Including the temperature on your skin,
Any breeze that may be present,
The texture of the surface you are resting on,
All whilst in your peaceful,
Happy place.
Focus now on everything that you can see,
All of the colours,
The shapes,
Any objects,
Nature,
Plants,
Wildlife,
Or maybe water,
All of the beautiful things that make your peaceful,
Happy place enjoyable.
Imagine yourself spending some quality time in your peaceful,
Happy place.
Imagine the feelings and the sensations of calm,
Of peace,
Of happiness.
You have no worries,
No cares,
And no concerns.
Place where you can simply relax,
Reset,
Recover,
And simply enjoy being present.
Take a snapshot in your mind of your peaceful,
Happy place.
Capture the sights,
The sounds,
The feelings,
And the sensations around you,
Knowing that you can picture this scene again and always return to your peaceful,
Happy place in your mind whenever you want to relax or you need to take a break.

Slowly bring awareness back to your body.
Take your time to introduce some small movements through your fingers and through your toes.
And only when you are ready and only when it feels right for you,
