Please take all the time that you need to set up your surroundings and to find a safe and comfortable position.
Gently closing down your eyes,
Bringing your awareness inwards.
Grounding yourself into this space by gently deepening your breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Feel your belly rise and exhale slowly,
Deeply and completely.
Take another slow breath in and a longer breath out.
Just notice the gentle rise and fall of your belly.
Notice the sensation of the breath going in and out of your nostrils.
Allow the rate of your breathing to gradually soften,
Extending your breath out.
Using no effort at all as your body starts to relax.
If you wish and only if it feels right for you,
I invite you to bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.
In this position take three deep,
Grounding,
Nourishing breaths.
Continue to take deep,
Full breaths and bring awareness to the feelings in your body and the quality of the thoughts in your mind.
Where is your body holding tension?
Where is your mind?
Is it at ease and focused on your breath?
Or is it still busy and thinking about other things?
If your mind does wander at any stage,
Just know that it is completely normal and absolutely okay.
Because this is what our beautiful minds do.
Just be a witness and an observer of those thoughts and allow them to come and go.
Just let them pass on by like clouds floating in the sky.
Simply bring your attention back to your body and anchor into your breath.
Continue to focus on your breath and on each inhale quietly say to yourself,
I am worthy.
And on each exhale quietly say to yourself,
I am.
With each inhale breathe in self love.
And with each exhale breathe out what is no longer serving you.
Take a few moments to breathe deeply and repeat these affirmations.
Notice how you feel as you say these words to yourself.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a mirror and look into your own eyes.
What do you see?
What do you think?
How do you feel?
Regardless of what comes up for you,
Look deep into your own eyes and tell yourself,
I am worthy.
I love and accept myself.
Now imagine sending each one of your deep beautiful breaths straight to your heart.
You feel the warmth.
You feel the sensations in your body.
You feel your heart beating.
You feel your heart swell.
You feel the pureness,
The magnificence and the perfection of your own love.
Allow this warm sensation of love to pour from your heart center and out to the rest of your body.
Feel the comforting and calming sensations spread through your chest.
Deep into your shoulders.
Through your neck and travel upwards to hold and support your head.
Feel the soothing and relaxing sensations flow down into your ribs.
Soften your belly.
Ease any tension through your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves and down to your ankles and feet.
Allow the feelings and sensations of self love to wash all over you.
To fill your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
And to cleanse and to nourish every cell in your body.
Breathe deeply here.
And know that self love can be your compass.
It is always available to you whenever you may need it.
And you can anchor into this beautiful energy and take it with you wherever you go.

To relax and to enjoy the feelings and sensations of soaking up the amazing self love that you have so wonderfully created.

Now is the time to introduce some small movements through your fingers,
Through your toes.
And only when you are ready and only when it feels right for you,
