Explore MeditationLiesl's love for yoga started when she was a young girl and attended yoga classes with her Grandma who she loved and adored deeply. As an adult, the fast pace associated with building a career, having children, and emigrating from the UK to Australia, resulted in life getting extremely busy and yoga fell by the wayside. In 2020, Liesl entered one of the most difficult stages of her entire life and had to take time to embark on her own personal healing journey in order to find herself again. Around that time, Liesl chose yoga and when she returned to the mat, it was like going home. Liesl has found inner peace, safety, comfort, stillness, mindfulness, meditation, and sanctuary within the four corners of her mat. Liesl is passionate about yoga and was inspired to take her yoga journey further by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course and has extended her qualifications to include Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Liesl has become more aligned and connected to her spiritual practice, which in turn has deepened and expanded her love for yoga, mindfulness, and meditation modalities. It ignites her soul knowing that she can hold space and offer the beautiful practice of guided meditation to anyone, who like her, never knew how much they needed it.
