A meditation for planetary light sharing,

I invite you to close your eyes now and let your body settle into this sacred space.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
And your jaw to soften,
Allow your belly to rest,
And take a deep breath in,
And exhale gently.
Take another deep breath in,
And exhale fully.
Allow yourself to land right here.
Now,
Bring your awareness gently to your physical body.
Notice any sensations that might be present.
Any places that feel light.
Or perhaps tense.
Just notice without needing to change anything.
Now gently shift your focus towards your heart,
At the very center of your chest.
Your heart space.
Take a deep breath,
And imagine this heart energy beginning to glow with beautiful white light,
Expanding with every inhale,
And softening with every exhale.
Now,
Begin to expand this light from your heart,
Gently and slowly,
Only as far as you are comfortable.
This light may spread to your shoulders,
Or your arms,
Or your legs,
Or perhaps it even fills the entire room that you're in.
Just allow your heart to remain open.
And now,
With your heart open,
Call in the divine,
Call in Source,
Or God,
Or any other call in your higher self,
And from this space,
Receive a gift.
Allow the divine to place a sacred gift into your heart.
This gift may come as a color,
A symbol,
Or just a knowing.
Something beyond words.
Even if you aren't fully aware of what it is,
Just trust.
Trust that your heart has received it,
And allow this gift to begin to expand within your heart space,
Letting it gently grow,
Filling your chest with its presence.
Now,
As you keep your heart open,
Gently begin to sense,
See,
Or feel something around you.
Perhaps a soul is present with you in the room.
As it journeys with you,
And from your heart,
Share your gift.
Send this light,
This presence,
This offering,
Heart to heart.
Now notice the gifts flowing,
Not just from you to others,
But to the web of connection.
The luminous,
Golden thread linking each heart to the next.
Feel the beauty of this truth,
That we are all connected.
We come from the same source light.
There is no separation.
Now gently turn your attention to the circle.
Bringing your healing gifts to your heart.
Bringing your prayers and your blessings to your heart.
And bringing your sacred service.
Sending these out from your heart,
Through this shared light,
To the entire planet.
Send this light to the trees,
To the oceans,
To the seas.
To the cities.
To the families,
The communities,
And the nations.
To those who are hurting.
And to those who are awakening.
Let the energy move wherever it is needed.
And now allow this healing light to expand even further,
Beyond what your mind can even imagine.
Let it ripple through timelines,
Through galaxies,
Through unseen dimensions.
You are part of a great weaving of divine light.
Allow it to flow and continue to send this beautiful,
Divine light.
And now Beloved One,
Begin to return to your body.
To your own breath.
To this moment.
Feel the support beneath you.
And the love within you.
You have shared something sacred today.
And it will continue to ripple far beyond this very moment.
And when you are ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
And before you speak,
And before you move,
Just take a few moments to journal and to integrate all that you have done today.
You are also invited to just rest,
If you choose to do so.
