Deeply within your core area,
And watch it expand.
And now shift your attention to your sacral chakra,
The area just below your navel.
And once again expand that beautiful white light.
And now bring that light to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
And see that beautiful light expanding.
Now visualize a luminous pillar of light extending from your root chakra into the crystalline core of Mother Earth,
Gaia.
Anchoring you in her love and support.
And now return your awareness back to your heart space.
Continuing to see that large radiant effervescent light expanding.
Now bring your attention to your throat chakra.
And continue the expansion of that beautiful pure essence.
That effervescent light.
And now moving that beautiful light to your brow,
Your third eye chakra.
Opening and expanding that light.
And bringing that light now to your crown chakra.
At the top of your head.
Opening and expanding the light.
Now visualize a luminous pillar of light.
Extending from your crown chakra all the way to the heart of creation.
As you move toward this connection of the heart of creation,
