Welcome.

This is a five-minute guided journey,

Safe Loving Container,

To begin or end your day.

Hosted by me,

Libby Lucier,

The Voice of Light.

This guided meditation journey invites you to connect with your body through gentle breath and awareness.

Acknowledge your inner light and create a loving,

Safe container within.

It's a practice of self-compassion,

Grounding,

And returning to a space of peace that you can revisit at any time.

I invite you now to close your eyes and find a comfortable position.

Take a deep,

Calming breath in and release.

Again,

Inhale deeply and exhale fully.

Now gently place your hand over your heart and bring your awareness inward.

Notice your body.

Begin at the top of your head and moving slowly down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your abdomen,

Your legs,

And all the way down to your feet.

Simply notice what is present.

No judgment,

Just awareness.

Now take a moment to acknowledge yourself.

Be gentle with yourself in this moment.

Remember your brilliant light,

The light that you emanate each and every day.

And remind yourself of the ways that you contribute to your family,

Your friends,

Your community,

And the world.

Now in your mind,

Create a loving and safe container just for you.

Imagine this sacred space.

What does it look like?

Is it a warm light?

A peaceful place in nature?

Just allow the image to form in whatever way feels right to you.

Hold this vision gently in your mind and breathe into it.

This container is safe and it's yours.

And you can return here anytime you wish to feel supported,

Grounded,

And at peace.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in and release.

You may stay present with this loving container as you begin to bring your awareness back to your body and back to the room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of safety,

Love,

And presence with you.
