My name is Libby Lussier and I'm your guide for this meditation tone.
This guided meditation is called I Am the Sanctuary Tone.
It's a sacred soundscape designed to create a safe and nurturing inner space.
It invites deep stillness,
Grounding,
And spiritual refuge,
Like stepping into a sacred temple within.
This tone helps quiet the mind,
Open the heart,
And allow the soul to rest,
Reset,
And realign with its natural rhythm.
Whether used for meditation,
Reflection,
Or energetic integration,
Sanctuary Tone offers a gentle embrace for your being,
Calm,
Spacious,
And deeply restorative.
You are now entering a space of stillness,
A space that has been waiting for you,
A space where you are completely safe to return to yourself.
Let's begin with three deep breaths.
Inhale through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
Allow it all to go.
Again inhale,
And exhale.
Feel the ground beneath you.
One more time,
Inhale,
And exhale.
And you are here now in the presence.
Now bring your awareness to your feet.
If you're sitting,
Feel them resting on the floor or the surface below you.
Notice the connection of your body with the surface.
Notice the support.
Now bring your attention to your hips and your spine.
Allow your shoulders to soften and your jaw to relax.
With each breath,
Release any need to do a thing.
There is nothing to achieve here.
You already are enough.
Now imagine a golden threshold before you.
This is the entrance to your sanctuary,
A sacred place created by your own soul and blessed by the Creator.
As you step forward,
Notice how the air feels different here.
More spacious,
More real,
More like you.
When you enter the sanctuary,
The tone becomes more clear.
You feel the shift,
And the world falls away.
The sanctuary holds frequencies unlike any other.
It's not only a refuge from distraction.
It's a place of remembrance.
In the sanctuary,
You are free to unmask.
You are seen in the eyes of the Creator exactly as you are.
No expectations,
No need to prove yourself.
You are held.
You are beloved.
Allow the sanctuary to hold you,
To hold your light,
To hold your breath,
To hold your body.
To hold your thoughts,
To hold your tenderness,
To hold your strength,
And to hold your becoming.
Allow yourself to sink into the safety of this holding.
Allow the sacred air of remembrance to rise around you.
Let it whisper to the deepest parts of you.
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not too late.
You are radiant.
You are eternal.
And you are whole.
Feel this resonate through every cell in your body.
For there is no one else to become,
Only more of who you truly are.
Here in the sanctuary,
You remember your divine spark,
Your true worth,
Your freedom.
Now I invite you to speak these words aloud,
Or simply within your heart.
I am the sanctuary,
And I hold what I know is true.
I deserve so much in this life.
I am sacred.
I am safe.
I am free.
And so it is.
Allow these words to settle for a few moments.
Now begin to gently move your fingers and your toes.
Become aware of the room that you're in.
Become aware of your breath.
Bring your hand to your heart.
Feel the warmth and the presence.
Feel the truth that lives here.
Know that this sanctuary is always within you.
You do not need to travel far,
Because you are the sanctuary.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
