Hello my name is Liana and welcome to your grounding meditation.

Find yourself a comfortable sitting position.

Allow yourself to be supported.

Use many props you need to make your hips a little bit more elevated than your knees and to make your spine long and tall but not rigid.

Relax your shoulders.

Open your chest.

Soften your face.

Relax the jaw and close your eyes.

Bring your attention all the way down to the base of your spine.

The contact point between the body and the earth beneath you.

Visualize a beautiful red light.

As you breathe in you feel you notice the light expanding and as you breathe out you feel you notice you visualize the light retracting.

It can be a very subtle,

Very gentle movement.

Expansion and retraction but take your attention right there at that point.

The rhythm of your breath is completely linked with the rhythm of the light pulsing,

Expanding and retracting.

Expanding and retracting.

And as you rest your attention there allow your body to soften.

Allow yourself to relax.

You don't need to force anything here.

Just be present with the red light right there at the base of the spine.

The point that connects you with the rhythm of the earth.

The slower your breath,

The slower is the movement of the light expanding and retracting.

You Allow yourself to be open to receive the qualities of the earth grounded
