Hello my name is Liana and welcome to the second chakra meditation.

Find a comfortable seated position using a cushion or a folded blanket or you can even sit on a chair if you like.

Make sure your spine is long and free from any tension.

Once you find your position close your eyes.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your face.

Soften the jaw and put a little smile on your lips.

Feel yourself supported so you can relax your pelvis and your hips.

And gently start to bring your attention to your breathing.

Notice the flow of your breath in and out.

Notice the movement in your belly.

The natural movement as you breathe in and breathe out.

Relax any judgment or expectation about this present moment.

The second chakra,

Swadhisthana,

It can be translated as sweetness of life.

And it is associated with our ability to flow through life,

To enjoy,

To find pleasure in simple things in life.

It has to do with our sexual energy,

Our ability to trust and surrender and also it is connected with our emotions.

The element of this chakra is water.

Like the water,

Sometimes we feel full,

Big,

Strong and sometimes we feel small,

Weak,

Which is the natural rhythm of our emotions and the natural rhythms of life.

Now we are going to connect with the element of water and also with this concept of the natural rhythm.

Visualize you are sitting on your favorite beach,

You are sitting on a comfortable and warm sand and you are contemplating the ocean in front of you.

And you notice the waves,

The waves coming in to the shore and then after a few seconds the waves go back to the ocean.

And then you notice this rhythm repeats over and over and over.

The waves come to the shore and then back down to the ocean.

And then again come to the shore and then back out to the ocean.

As you breathe in visualize the wave coming in and as you breathe out visualize the wave going back to the ocean.

As you breathe in the wave comes and as you breathe out the wave goes back.

And your own rhythm synchronized with the rhythm of the waves.

And stay present with your breathing and the visualization of the waves coming in and going back down.

You don't need to hold your breath,

You don't need to change your breath.

Just allow the rhythm of the breath to be in sync with the rhythm of the waves.

Thank you,

Bird.

You you now gently Let go of this visualization Gently come back to your physical body Where you are right now The breath you breathing right now Take a moment here to acknowledge your own rhythm Now you take a deeper breath Feel your whole body alive Feel the blessing to be here experiencing life Enjoying this moment Finding pleasure In those little things Even the breath Take one more big inhale Exhale Exhale Bring your hands together in front of your chest Namaste
