Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
As you settle into this moment,
Bring your awareness to the sensation of your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest,
The gentle rhythm of your inhales and exhales.
Now repeat this affirmation silently to yourself.
Feeling incomplete does not make me so.
It drives me towards my completeness.
Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light represents the infinite potential within you waiting to be released.
With each breath feel this light expanding,
Filling you with a sense of purpose and completeness.
Imagine a gentle stream flowing besides you.
This stream represents the journey towards your completeness.
Hear the soothing sound of the water.
Feel its coolness against your skin.
With each step you move closer to your true self.
As you continue to breathe deeply allow any feelings of incompleteness or doubt to arise.
Acknowledge them without judgment for they are merely stepping stones on your path towards wholeness.
Now shift your focus inward.
Visualize a beautiful garden lush with vibrant colors and fragrant blossoms.
Each flower represents a unique aspect of your being waiting to bloom.
With each breath see these flowers opening up revealing your hidden strengths and talents.
Imagine yourself standing at the center of this garden feeling the energy of completeness radiating from within.
You are whole,
You are enough,
Just as you are.
Take a moment to reflect on the journey that has brought you here.
See how every experience,
Every challenge has shaped you into the remarkable individual you are today.
And now take a moment to express gratitude.
Think of three things you are grateful for in this moment.
It could be a person,
A place or simply the opportunity to be here embracing your completeness.
As we come to the end of this meditation remember that we are all a work in progress,
Constantly evolving towards our fullest potential.
Carry this sense of completeness with you throughout your day.
Take a final deep breath in and as you exhale slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
And when you are ready gently open your eyes and carry this sense of completeness with you knowing that you are on a beautiful journey towards your true self.
