Little exercise to develop positive thinking.

The next time you come across a bad situation try this little exercise.

Come up with at least three scenarios where the situation could be used as an opportunity.

It doesn't have to be an immediate opportunity and the opportunity does not need to have a time frame.

Doing the simple exercise will activate your positive thinking and doing this regularly will help in letting go of fears,

Worries,

Anxiety and distress when faced with a bad situation.

Doing this exercise will automatically make you subconsciously aware that there are many positive opportunities that can manifest from any bad situation that is being experienced.
