This meditation is designed to allow us to harness the power of the mind to overcome depressive and anxiety thoughts. It is a guided imagery meditation that focuses on the power we have to change the way we think. When we change the perspective of our thoughts. Anxiety or depression thoughts just become thoughts. Following a Tantra philosophy that we are either controlled by our conscious mind or we relax into subconscious thought and control it all. Enjoy.
