Integration After Healing Meditation After a healing experience,
You can be left in a state of disorientation or a kind of chaos.
It can take time to reground in your body,
To recalibrate to who you are now after the healing has taken place.
Going through any kind of healing in a more focused or bigger way than the daily healing that all of you have the potential to experience creates a surge in your nervous system.
It allows more life force to move through you,
And that life force will cause you to become someone newer than you were before.
Sometimes to you and to those in your life,
The results of these changes will be immediately evident,
Perhaps dramatic or highly noticeable.
Other times,
The changes may be more subtle and internal,
Or perhaps it will take time,
Many months maybe,
For your outer world to start to reflect the healing that you have undergone within.
So,
The first thing to be aware of if you are still integrating after a healing experience,
Putting yourself back together,
Recovering who you are,
Is that it is perfectly normal to be seeing your world,
Yourself,
Or your situations as different to how you previously were seeing,
Perceiving,
Or experiencing them.
Healing brings change,
And change means new energy,
New situations,
New dynamics will appear in your life.
This need not happen quickly or in a way that is bigger than you are comfortable with,
But sometimes that can be the path.
So allowing yourself integration time after a healing,
Allowing everything inside you to settle,
To reform,
To infuse your future steps,
Allows you to operate in a more grounded way as a human being.
So for example,
Perhaps the big healing you just experienced was initiated by your participation in therapy,
Or a group therapy experience,
Or a workshop you went through or to,
Or something you read or something that happened in your life that was traumatic or difficult that you are currently recovering and healing from.
There are many different ways that you can accelerate your healing or go through a focused healing in life,
And your way will be particular to you,
Your circumstance will be particular to you.
But what is universal is that healing changes you,
And if you are able to take some time,
Some rest,
Some extra self-care,
And some higher awareness of what you have just walked through,
What you have just been healing,
Before you take your next steps,
Your next actions,
You will give yourself a stronger chance of being able to build the kind of future that you wish to,
The kind of future that you went through this healing for.
It can be tempting when you are all shook up in the healing state,
In that aliveness,
In the electrical energy that pulses through your system,
To want to keep going,
To want to keep jumping through healing hoops,
As it were.
If that is your path,
Perhaps you have been healing yourself for a lot of suppressed or repressed experiences,
And it has felt like the right way to go,
The fast way.
Maybe that is your truth,
But just stop for a moment and consider,
Am I able to rest and stop?
Could I allow myself to stop at this point?
If any part of you feels you are not able to do that,
You are not able to invite yourself to land in your body,
There is a feeling of momentum that is driving you.
We would urge you to reset your nervous system,
To focus on practices such as daily breathing,
Meditation,
Putting your body in a body of water,
Giving your nervous system a chance to be soothed,
Calmed,
And reset.
If any part of you is highly resistant to that at this moment,
It would be worth investigating if you are on a trauma roll,
Meaning a rolling energy that wants to keep pushing you through healing,
That is in and of itself representative of the trauma that you are feeling.
Your trauma will heal faster if you are able to pause,
Stop,
And take breaths in between bouts of healing.
So while we are not saying there is anything wrong with anything you are doing right now,
For it is not for us to decide,
We are asking you to consider,
Am I allowed to ground?
To stop?
To rest?
And to soothe myself at this moment?
And for those of you for whom the answer is yes,
That is what I need,
That is what I want,
Either through your mind or through an intuitive voice inside you that says yes to this invitation,
We invite you to breathe.
Let your body breathe.
Let the breath of life be your pause,
Your stop,
Your moment of rest.
This is where your body,
Your human body,
Gets to catch up.
With your soul.
Where the healing you have been undergoing gets to integrate,
Gets to land in the body,
And it gives to the body the medicine it has been weaving in the soul.
Your cells hold memory,
And the energy field work that you have just done on healing,
Whether that is more on the mental plane,
The emotional plane,
Or the energetic plane,
For all three are valid ways to access the soul.
Whatever your technique or therapy,
Or simply your direct experience of life that has pushed you into a healing state,
It can all now come to rest in your body.
If it resonates,
You can say these affirmations aloud after you hear us offer you these sentences.
If it does not,
You do not need to say them.
It is for you to decide whether or not,
In this moment,
These words are appropriate for you to repeat and invite.
We will begin.
I allow my body to receive my healing.
I allow my body to receive the light of my soul.
I invite myself to be gentle with my body.
I invite myself to be gentle with my body.
I allow my senses to steer me away from any negative or jarring influences while I am healing.
I recognize I am sensitive right now.
I allow my sensitivity to be within me now.
I allow my strength to be within me now.
I allow myself to heal peacefully and gently.
I invite the support of the universe while I heal.
I invite the support of the earth and all beings on the earth while I heal.
I am allowed to heal.
I am allowed to reclaim my full self.
I peacefully reclaim my own life force.
I am beautiful.
I am safe.
And now take a few breaths.
You can return to this recording anytime to help support you,
Soothe you,
Or reset you.
If during the affirmations any emotion moved for you in a strong way,
It would be worth revisiting it in order to move a different layer each time you hear or say aloud the affirmation.
If an emotional reaction occurred,
It shows there is energy there for you to uncover and bring back into your life force.
Your reaction is not in any way to be seen as a problem.
It is,
In fact,
An indication of healing.
You are allowed to integrate after healing.
You are allowed to pause in the disorientation of it all,
In the tiredness of it,
And in the newness of it to give yourself the space to allow it to ground.
So that when it has grounded,
You can use your reclaimed healed energy as new,
And it will help you build the new in your future.
That is your design for evolution.
So be gentle with yourself.
Look after your body,
Tend to its needs,
Hydrate it well.
Give it to activities,
People,
Places,
And situations that bring your body joy,
Comfort,
Love,
Whatever you need.
Move your body gently,
Or if you prefer,
Move your body vigorously.
Use music,
Sound,
Lighting,
Atmosphere.
Get creative.
If you are coming back after a big healing,
Or even after a smaller healing,
A practice of self-care and self-love will not only accelerate the results of the healing you have just been through,
But it will retrain you and your patterning to naturally and effortlessly do this each time you go through a healing.
Self-care after a healing is part of the healing itself.
It is you loving you the way you would wish and hope to be loved by others.
And when you give that to yourself,
It is what you will multiply out into the world.
So,

Go gently and softly about your day for as long as you need to remain in those vibrations.
