We will close with the meditation,
Words and energy to focus your mind and bring your body back to a more multi-dimensional state.
So allow yourself to be comfortable,
Whether you are sitting or lying down.
Just notice your breathing.
Allow yourself to breathe naturally as you wish to,
And just notice the breath moving through your body,
In and out,
In and out.
And now turn your attention to your body itself.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Moving from your calves up to your thighs,
Through your hips.
Just giving attention to your body and noticing anything you wish to notice as you do so.
Now come to your pelvis area,
The seat of your fire.
When you are ready,
Start moving your attention up through your stomach,
That part of you that digests,
And keep moving through your torso,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Until you reach your chest.
Noticing how it feels,
And now turning your attention to your shoulders,
And letting your focus of attention move down through your arms,
Toward your hands,
And then through your hands and fingers.
If any parts of your body are not functional at this time,
You can still give your attention to those areas.
If any of your limbs are missing,
You can still give your attention to those areas.
This body scan is simply to bring your awareness to your physical being,
And notice how it is feeling,
And how it is being in this moment.
And now let yourself become aware of your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
And bring your attention back to your breathing.
Good.
This body is your planet.
This planet is affected by everything you experience on a daily basis.
The changes in the wind on earth,
Both literal and metaphoric.
But this body has a deep connection to the realms of the soul and the spirit.
Which parts of your body feel most deeply connected to the energy realms?
For some of you,
It may be heart.
For some of you,
It may be mind.
For some of you,
It may be the fire in your pelvis,
The space in your belly.
And for some,
It may be a whole body experience.
Just notice which part of you in this moment feels deeply connected to spirit,
And allow yourself to breathe into that awareness in an easy,
Relaxed way.
Take some gentle,
Supportive breaths.
Good.
Now,
As you sit with this body,
Allow it to receive what is next for you in this world.
Carefully ask this body of yours what it would next like to experience or create,
And see what comes.
If you are struggling to receive something,
Create something in your mind.
It may be simple,
Such as,
I wish for physical touch.
It may be grand and related to a mission or vision you are birthing.
Whatever you wish to bring into your life is okay.
You are simply speaking to the multidimensional universe,
And allowing parts of your consciousness that perhaps have not been able to direct the show to invite the next stage,
To connect you to the multidimensional possibilities and opportunities that your universe presents.
Opportunities and opportunities that humans are not trained to look for or be open to.
This is you bypassing that programming and reunifying your soul with your humanity.
This is you allowing your soul-self to return to this beautiful body of yours,
This incredible body that has carried you through life until now.
And now you have cast your intention,
Your ask,
Your request.
We will close with an affirmation,
But you may repeat as you feel to.
I remember my multidimensionality.
I remember my connection to everything.
I invite my soul back into my body.

The soul does not need to remember multidimensionality.
Multidimensionality is the realm of the soul.
So when the human remembers their soul,
They are remembering their access point to a more multidimensional life for themselves and to create a powerful imprint on this planet for others.
